While staff was nice and helpful,There were problems with our room. The air conditioner did not work. We reported this the next morning and we’re told that we should have called the front desk to turn it on. It is hot in Pisa at this time of year . In fact, our room temperature for the night was 26.9. There was nothing in our room to advise us to contact the front desk to turn it on. Nor were, we told at check in. It was a rough night.

Excellent clean hotel with friendly staff

Overall stay was ok, however there was a sweege smell outside the hotel needs addressing. I recognize this could be a temporary situation. Hotel is close to airport.

Only stayed for one night before an early flight out of Pisa, but had everything we needed and was in a good location. Unfortunately we turned up to check in just minutes after a coach load so we went straight into Pisa for dinner instead and then came back later. Check in that point was quick and easy, family room was probably one of the biggest I’ve stayed in! Would book again should we need a hotel close to Pisa airport.

Stayed for one night before our flight. Room was pretty comfortable, good towels and pillows, bedding good. Staff welcoming. Walked around the corner for a pizza in the evening, and other options were available. Breakfast was fresh, good value and with a fair choice.

The place is poorly kept. We arrived late, and the reception was closed. We had to go authomathic check on and it was a long and convoluted process, which took a long time. We were able to get assistance, but once we fonally got the elettronic card to access the hotel, the room' door didn't open, therefore we had to go back to the outsude entrance and get a new electronic card through the assistance. Back to the room, the room's door did not ooen without a strong kick. That door had in reality a big isdu as confirmed in the morning. The inside of the room was poorly equipped, only 2 pillows for a double , one set of towels, no glasses ( found them in the morning in the fridge), no kettle gor making a cup of tea or coffee. More than essential, i would say. The bathroom was old, toilette seat of the wrong size for that toilette's model, was redicoudly small, no plugs in the basin or bidet' , which showed only a big hole. In addition, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and the floor showed stains everywhere. Also, in the morning, we noticed that room's door must have gone through some flooding as it showed wrotten wood at its botton and sides.. Breakfast was better than expected, with enough variety of choices. Personell was nice and helpful. Overall, for a 'budget" hotel (whose price was not really " budget" ) the place was disappointing at most levels. Not recommended for the price.

Man skal ikke lade sig snyde af navnet, ligger både langt væk fra selve Pisa og lufthavnen. Væggene er papirtynde såman er ikke i tvivl om når der går nogen på gangen udenfor, til midnat+ og med start tidlig morgen.

Nice hotel, much needed after flying from London. Close enough (by taxi) to the airport. Room was spotlessly clean, air con good and bed comfortable. No evening meal but very good pizzeria within a two minute walk. Breakfast decent.
