B&B ヴィラ クリスティーナ

Accueil glacial, on nous a réclamé de suite la taxe de séjour, quand on a demandé le parking, précise dans l’annonce, ce n’était en fait que la rue. Quant à la piscine (petit bassin triangulaire) celle ci est payante, 8€ par personne !! Honteux. Et refus de nous servir un petit déjeuner alors que nous avons vu un buffet prévu à cet effet. Le tout dans un quartier avec rue passagère (train et voiture) notre chambre ayant un mur sur la rue. Nous ne conseillons pas.

La struttura non era male, il proprietario non è stato accogliente anzi un poco infastidito, non ha dato colazione e la piscina era a pagamento 8 euro a persona, e la stanza era senza finestra. La signora che si occupa delle stanze è una persona squisita e accogliente e manteneva la camera in ottime condizioni di pulizie sembrava lei la proprietaria. La struttura è distante dal lungomare a piedi la strada non è tanto comoda. Per fortuna il parcheggio era libero.

Assolutamente da ritornare, personale disponibile in una struttura veramente affascinante

It’s like an Oasis in amongst a very run down area . Streets are quite dirty and don’t give a great impression when you first arrive. The owners responded quickly when there we a few issues with the water and some facilities. The place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool and sun beds but they charge you €8 per day to use it and you can use if after 6pm which we weren’t made aware of. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Very clean and secluded by walled off pool area (if considering by the busy beach area). Blazing morning sun made the breakfast somewhat hot under shades. Really nice pool area with unique pottery decorations. Friendly staff. Narrow check in and out times. Parking can be had on the steep side street. 10 min walk to the beach area.

B&B is op zich goed, ontbijt is wel ok( niet heel uitgebreid en voldoende aanwezig), echter ligt deze B&B aan een erg rumoerige weg( hele dag raast er een trein langs, auto s en scooters razen dag en nacht langs. En op de weg liggen een soort van afvoerplaten voor de riolering, waardoor de auto s die eroverheen rijden en hels kabaal maken. Kortom voor je rust en uitstraling van de omgeving is het geen aanrader. Voor een B&B wel. Zeker als je maar erop uitgaat, want dan isvhet een goede locatie om de streek te verkennen.

A primo impatto l'hotel è molto carino, le camere pulite e lo staff gentile. I problemi sorgono se riscontri qualche problema e lo fai presente allo staff. In occasione di una circostanza poco piacevole, il proprietario ha reagito offendosi per l'appunto fatto e addirittura incolpando noi per l'accaduto. Ovviamente tutto è rimasto irrisolto. Nei giorni successivi, non so se sia stata una coincidenza o davvero un problema di mancanza di personale come ci hanno detto, un giorno non ci è stata pulita la camera e per due giorni di fila ci hanno lasciato delle tovaglie al posto delle salviette. Io ritengo che un cliente che paga per rilassarsi in vacanza debba poter stare tranquillo quando esce dalla camera e debba avere i servizi per cui ha pagato. Detto questo non consiglierei questo B&B. Peccato perché la struttura è molto carina, ma mal gestita.

Réservation d'une nuit de passage dans la région avec Hotel.com. Nous avons connu une très mauvaise expérience. En effet lors de la réservation, n'étant pas bilingue. Il était mentionné chambre (without windows). J'avais compris AVEC ouverture vers l'extérieur et non le contraire. Oups. Donc après visite de la chambre au fond d'un couloir bas de plafond et sans fenêtre, claustrophobe, nous avons demandé si une autre chambre était disponible. Le patron nous en a donc proposé une et convenu d'un supplément de 15€. Or, le lendemain au moment du départ, les 15€ sont passés à 42€. Le propriétaire nest pas honnête et vous confirme que cette chambre au prix de 125€ au final est beaucoup trop chère ! C'est inadmissible ! En plus le petit déjeuner même si il est pris autour de la piscine (charmant) il n'en reste pas moins mauvais : croissants et toasts rassis. Il y a nettement mieux !

Bra sted å bo. Service var svært bra med verdens raskeste inn og utsjekking. Eneste anmerkning kan være hverdagens likt frokost (mener at de kunne bruke mer forskjellige type mat siden vi er i Sicilia). Ellers bra

Svært fornøyd med første natten hvor vi fikk det rommet vi hadde bestilt (med balkong). Men pga overbooking, måtte vi bli plassert på et annet rom . Dette "rommet" var i kjelleren, uten balkong og ikke et eneste vindu. Hyggelig personale, men utrolig dårlig løst mtp på overbookingen. Det var Hotels.com som gav oss 20 € tilbake per natt, så om det var hotellets eller hotels.com sin feil vet jeg ikke.

Prinzipiell waren wir zufrieden, das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück beinhaltete nur Süßes, was wir mit selbst Eingekauftem (Wurst, Käse) aufbesserten.

Good points: 10 mins walk to beach down a steep road. Next to railway but this did not disturb us. Parking was very easy compared to other areas of town Room very clean, spacious, with air con, fridge, large bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The young lady who does the breakfast, cleans all the rooms, does the washing, acts as receptionist and every else is a star. She does this everyday of the week with a smile and kindness all the time, from 7.30 till 1pm. Take note Mr Owner, hold on to her. Without her this BB would get a lower rating. Excellent restaurants nearby, never had a bad meal all week. Bad points. Room was ground floor no window. Espresso and cappuccino is chargeable. Couple of problems with our room but were fixed next day. One afternoon the owner had a very loud argument with his neighbours, got very heated and police came after to calm things down. Not very professional. Overall we enjoyed our and will consider returning.

Location is excellent. It's excellent if you're after a hotel as your sleeping quarters only. It's clean, the manager is friendly, the location is excellent as its close to public transport and a convenience store near by to purchase snacks and bus tickets. A stroll along the Main Street near by is excellent to take in the exquisite Sicilian dining or simply a granita or gelati by nighttime. It's a very short walk to get there. Antonio the manager is very helpful also. The pool is very clean also.

la struttura principale è molto bella e curata. Bella la parte della piscina anche per la colazione. Purtroppo anche se nel sito compare il parcheggio, questo non c'è e l'auto la si deve parcheggiare sulla via pubblica non a pagamento. La zona è tranquilla ma non bella. Assicuratevi di essere sistemati nella struttura principale.

Mi sono trovata benissimo,personale molto disponibile,camere pulite e dotate di tv,frigo e condizionatore....colazione ricca e gustosa....assolutamente da rifare!!!

nous avons passé 2 jours très agréables dans cet hôtel confortable et au calme (il y a le train à proximité mais on ne l'entend pas la nuit). L’hôtel est entièrement rénové depuis peu (mai 2015), nous avons apprécié la piscine, le petit déjeuner servi sur notre terrasse privative, et le confort de la chambre. Notre hôte a été très sympa et nous a rendu service pour nos billets d'avion, un grand merci nous reviendrons avec plaisir; à noter également la proximité du centre, à 5 mn à pieds, avec la plage et les restaurants du bord de mer. Le parking est possible dans la rue à coté.

Very nice B&B -- excellent price and wonderful staff.

Ci abbiamo soggiornato solo x una notte , eravamo 3 coppie di cui una coppia ha soggiornato non essendoci piu' disponibilita di camere in un appartamento a 50 metri dal B&B sempre loro. E devo dire che le camere erano molto accoglienti e pulite con un bel terrazzino mentre l'appartamento lasciava a desiderare. Nonostante stavano facendo lavori di ristrutturazione nel locale ristorante , ci hanno servito la colazione nel terrazzino. Molto carini e colazione nella norma niente di particolare.Voto totale 6,5
