Great stay again for this second year really enjoyed it, with great spot, food and team!

Generally this is an amazingly quiet and relaxing place to stay. It is an old Trulli village that had been lovingly restored to a high standard while resting many original features and a cosy feel. It has nearly everything that we expect- lovely rooms, bathrooms, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely grounds - pool and restaurant. It’s a great base to travel from but you’re best off with a car. The only slight downer was the lack of facilities for a hot drink in the room. There’s always room service though. All of the staff are very friendly and eager to assist, which is excellent.

Fantastic stay! The rooms were incredible and the pool area was very luxurious. Very quiet and ideal for a few days as a break from travelling around the region. Would highly recommend

Really lovely stay in the Trulli hotel, a small family feel to the hotel but everything you could need for a really relaxing stay. You will need a car to get around but it is a good base for exploring different bits of Puglia and the trulli are really beautiful.

Loved everything about this hotel and would 100% recommend! We stayed at the property for 2 nights and wished I would have stayed a week! It was a perfect little haven nestled in a quiet area but perfectly located to visit all local towns around Cisternino. The hotel had everything you could want and more, from incredible cave style rooms, to a fabulous pool! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had many options to cater to a variety of tastebuds. We had a lunch on site one day and couldn't believe how fresh everything was! Borgo Canonica is a MUST stay on your visit to Puglia if you want to visit a unique and luxurious property.

We loved staying at this property. It was so peaceful. The grounds are immaculate, the staff all extremely friendly and the food was delicious. It’s the perfect oasis amongst a very busy part of Italy.

This place is BEAUTIFUL! I found this hotel as I wanted to stay in a traditional Trulli and wow what a find. Highly recommend.

Mycket bra och välorganiserat hotell. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal överallt. Restaurangen serverade god mat och fin rikhaltig frukost. Priserna i restaurangen var i det övre skicket, men mycket gott och kan betecknas som som prisvärt. Vad man kan sakna på Borgo Canonica är transport till Cisternino och laddplats för elbil. Sängen var mycket bekväm/ tyvärr tillåter inte Hotels.com:s hemsida att lägga upp bilder från min Iphone 15 Pro, varför vet jag inte

Amazing property. It’s so pretty and peaceful. The pool is great and the restaurant is the best I had on our trip.

Feels like you’re stepping into another world, time stands still in the tranquil surrounding of hills and olive trees.

We had an amazing stay the the hotel. We were there with our 14 week old baby and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating for us. The grounds, especially around the pool are beautiful, and the location is so peaceful. All of the food was of an incredible standard - very fresh and expansive breakfast offering, and incredible food served for dinner each evening, along with perfect wine recommendations. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly enough.
