The staff is friendly, the room is clean. The breakfast is great. Area is walkable to every visit spot, very convenient. Only downside is a lot of stair, good for carry on but not for big luggage.

Acomodação maravilhosa, atendentes super simpáticos, café da manhã também maravilhoso. A única coisa que tenho a ressaltar é sobre ter 3 lances de escadas, então ficar atento a quem tem dificuldade de locomoção

Sentral beliggenhet og veldig koselig hotel. Hyggelig betjening som var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Rommet var trivelig og badet var innbydende. Her bor jeg gjerne igjen.

Breakfast good in lovely setting. Room nice. A/C included. No room safe. Stairs were fine for us but may be issue for others as 4 flights. Good for one night stay, but very limited hotel on one floor of a multi floor apartment complex, so would not want to stay for longer duration. Basic, but functional for what we needed for one night

Le propriétaire est extrêmement attentif aux besoins de ses clients. Il est descendu 3 étages pour nous accueillir et a monté seul toutes nos valises.

Kind and helpful staff, fresh and tasteful breakfast - although a bit late for business, located in a comfy residential environment but close to tram station, T2 terminal very convenitent for airport. No restaurants in the vicinity, so it is quiet.

This says 5 steps to reach hotel, it’s 5 FLIGHTS of stairs. Very misleading and deceptive. Someone did help carry bags but it was miserable having to go up and down after walking all day. They should be honest in their description. I would have NEVER booked this hotel if I’d known it required this much stairs.

We loved this hotel. The room was lovely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. The people were so nice. The breakfast was good and quaint. There is no elevator and there are two flight of stairs to get to the hotel, however upon arrival, the staff carried our suitcases up and when checking out, the staff carried our suitcases down the stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Some of the electrical outlet didn’t work. Other than that everything else is real good.

Hotel is on the third floor, you will need to climb 6 flights. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it will be for those with health issues. There’s no elevator. This is the only negative point. The rest about this Boutique Hotel is only positive. I’m not sure why this hotel has only one star. I would easily give them at least three stars! Super clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, very quiet. I would definitely recommend if you prefer to stay away from the noisy, touristy streets of Florence. We walked from this hotel everywhere; so if you like walking, this place is perfect. Will stay there again!

The staff is the best, knowledgeable & helpful. We loved the breakfast. Close to transportation but located on a quiet street. Hope to visit again soon.

This boutique hotel was fantastic! The staff were so kind and accommodating. The room was spotless and all of the toiletries were replaced daily and clean towels! The only thing missing was an elevator lol

A nice boutique hotel, in a quiet part of Florence, easy walking distance to the centre. Trams stops neaby to airport, train station or through the city.

The staff is very friendly and kind, however the hotel is, in my opinion, incredibly overpriced for what it offers. Three flights of stairs with our luggage was difficult. Rocco did help us with the bags on arrival, but our checkout was not during front desk working hours. There is no 24 hour front desk staff, which I thought was strange, and we needed assistance on our last night due to our taxi cancelling, and front desk had left for the day. The room is fine, nothing special. Good location. Breakfast was ok, but underwhelming compared to what I expected based on the reviews I had read. I think there are much better options in the area at the same price point.
