Non funzionava la televisione

De ansatte i receptionen var søde til at hjælpe, men dem ved poolen var helt forfærdelige, maden ved poolen var dårlig, hele pool området var i det hele taget en dårlig oplevelse. Restauranten til aftensmad var dog fantastisk. Morgenmaden var standard ikke noget at råbe hurra for, men jeg tror det værste var at de giver lov til at golk kan side med højtaler på deres telefon uden at vise hensyn, både ved poolen og ved spise stederne, det var til at blive vanvittig af, andre hoteller har de ansatte nok respekt for deres betalende gæster til at påpege det over for de larmende gæster. Desuden stod der at man ikke måtte hoppe i poolen, men når børnene gjorde det gjorde personalet intet. Der var ingen mulighed for mad i dagtimerne andet end det skod mad ved poolen (eksempel: kyllingesandwich bestod af 2 stykker toast uden dressing og en tør kyllingefillet. og brændt købepizza) det ikke i orden for så dyrt et hotel. Værelserne var pæne og udsigten god fra fronten af hotellet Derudover betalte vi for værelse med udsigt, men udsigten var til baggården. Vi kommer ikke tilbage hertil

This property goes above and beyond expectations. The location is "challenging" at first to get to, but once you figure it out is easy peezy! Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Staff is super nice and does their best with english, but ALWAYS tries with a smile. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The view is stunning! Weddings do happen almost daily, BUT with the door shut it isn't disturbing, PLUS you get fireworks show. Definitely worth the tiny drive from Naples to stay in a nicer, cheaper, and all around better hotel.

Großartige Aussicht

Sehr schöner Blick über die Bucht von Bacoli, großes gut ausgestattetes Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Pool war Ende September Recht kühl aber der Spa-Bereich auf dem Dach (gegen Zuzahlung) ein Traum. Zu Bedenken ist, dass das Hotel ohne Auto oder Taxi schwer zu erreichen ist. Auch die häufig stattfindenden Hochzeiten können als störend empfunden werden. Wir hatten keine größeren Probleme.

We went there in the early september and stayed in Room 301. The travel to the location isn't easy and the taxis can get expensive (when they scam you). The location and the view is breathtaking. Eating breakfast on the terrace with the morning sun looking over Miseno, Baccoli and the Golf of Pozzuoli is quite an experience. But this comes at a price. Rentig a car is basically a must. It's a 15 minute walk down the hill to the busstation and the roads aren't built for pedestrians. We discovered Amicar and it helped with our Mobility issues. You can also order a shuttle which costs significantly less than taxis. Everyday of our stay we had weddings, which made us feel out of place in our hotel. The staff handeled it good and were nice and helpful. The room was clean, but the internet didn't work in the room. There was no space to put things in the bathroom, not even a toiletroll holder. But all in all it's a good hotel and if you're travelling with a car I can recommend a stay.

Hotel had amazing views, staff were lovely and friendly always wanting to help you and nothing too much trouble. Food was good but would like a few more meat dishes on the menu. Hotel. very clean

I don’t normally write reviews but I was blown away by the staff at Cala Moresca. Helpful, polite, nothing was too much for them all! Breakfast is delicious and the food in the restaurant is to die for! Set in a stunning location, the views from the hotel are breathtaking. If you’re looking for a busy all inclusive resort this is NOT for you…if you’re looking for class, less hassle and huddle and quality surroundings then this is for you!

Skøn beliggenhed, vidunderlig udsigt over Middelhavet og bugten når man sad i ro over morgenmaden, MEN og det er et stort minus! Hotellet tjener svinepenge ved at afholde bryllupper, og det gør de så stort set HVER dag, dog ikke søndag. Dvs der er masser af uro fra tidlig morgen,i den åbne gård hvor altanerne fra værelserne vender ud, hvor personalet er i gang med forberedelser. Fra midt på eftermiddagen og til efter midnat (nogle bryllupper slutter dog “allerede” kl21) kan man så forvente massiv larm fra mange bryllupsgæster, musikanlæg, sangere og fyrværkeri. Så hvis man gør sig forhåbninger om at sidde i ro på sin altan i det tidsrum er det på ingen måde muligt. Der udover bliver man bedt om at benytte en anden indgang hvis man kommer hjem til hotellernes brylluppet pågår. Ingen tvivl om at bryllupsgæster bliver vægtet over hotellets gæster, virkelig langt fra hvad vi havde forestillet os. Service i forbindelsernes morgenmad, aftensmad og anden hjælp var ellers upåklagelig. Det her er en klar kritik af hotellets ledelse ikke det daglige personale, som blot udfører deres arbejde i overensstemmelse med ledelsens kapitalistiske rettelinjer!

Hotel Cala Moresca was the perfect place to spend the last night of our vacation in Italy. A gorgeous view, from the top of a hill with water on 3 sides, seen perfectly from the pool. A nice, comfortable room, and breakfast included. So relaxing.

Very nice property and grounds. Check in staff was kurt but fine. We had read that the hotel catered to weddings and the hotel did not disappoint. Two of the 3 nights had weddings, with no good way to navigate to your room without having to walk through dining area/bar being consimed by the wedding guests. One night we were redirected to another enterance and told we had to move parking spots to accommodate wedding guests. Music being played loud until midnight or so, fireworks blasting around then also and not being able to use the dining area was not very accommodating. They should try and separate the wedding venue from the other guest IMO. Another issue we had was there were no blankets or comforters for our bed which was weird for such a high class hotel. The things we liked about this hotel were, the morning breakfast staff and food were very good. The view from this hotel was priceless and like nothing we have ever seen. The room was clean, bathroom also. (A micro wave would be a nice touch to add to the rooms) We enjoyed our stay but a few of the concerns mentioned should be looked at to make the stay more enjoyable for guests not there for the weddings.

Spectacular in every way.

This was the best hotel on our vacation! It was clean, the staff was so nice and helpful. The food…. Ughhhh the food was so good! I wish I could eat it every day.
