夜中に電気が止ってしまった。周辺のホテル・住宅は電灯がついていたので、このホテルだけの問題であった模様。ホテル内には私達しかおらず、ヘルプをお願いするにも手立てがなく、トイレに行くのにもひと苦労でした。

We stayed in a few other properties while in Courmayeur and absolutely fell in love with Chalet Svizzero . It was so warm and welcoming. The alpine aesthetic set the tone along with a fire in the central living room fireplace and Johnson pouring drinks from the charming bar. Breakfast,skiing,spa and a nightcap at the bar- all delightful! We will definitely be back ! Thank you all! The Carroll family

Väldigt mysigt hotell med jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det enda som vi saknade var färskt bröd och lite grönsaker på frukostbuffén. Det tar ca 15 minuter att gå till liften, även om det ser nära ut, men hotellet erbjuder shuffle service som tur var.

Gli arredi minimal ed il rivestimento tutto in legno grezzo richiamano molto lo stile di uno Chalet, ma l’assenza di insonorizzazione delle camere, e la maleducazione degli ospiti che trasformano corridoi in spazi dove sostare e schiamazzare, non aiutano a soggiornare confortevolmente. Personale del bar poco organizzato

I have already reviewed that the listing for this property was a misrepresentation by Expedia. My booking said this property and the room we booked was “Airconditioned” - this was FALSE. The property had heating but no cooling and we were there in one of the hottest weeks in Italy. The refrigerator in our room was defective and did not work and the manager suggested it was not his problem when we complained. The first night the front desk did not even offer a fan and we all were up almost all night and my 11 year old was feeling unwell. I will pull my business from Expedia and share this misrepresentation with friends who all spend significantly on travel if someone from Expedia does not have an explanation for me/ we paid almost 500€ per night for this false claim on your listing for this property.

Struttura molto calda (come ambiente e design), e accoglienza calorosa. Siamo stati coccolati in tutto e per tutto, struttura davvero bella con una piscina esterna,riscaldata, molto suggestiva! Se dovessi tornare a Courmayeur,certamente tornerò qui!!

Excellent service and staff. Everyone were forthcoming and the hospitality were on point from everyone and at all times. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel with balcony over the river and looking up to slopes and gondola. The garden patio with the same view was especially nice for sunset and a drink. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Stylish too with reclaimed wood.

Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus amical et chaleureux. Cet établissement est on ne peut mieux localisé. Propreté et confort impécables. Personnel et propriétaires très sympatiques et attentionnés. Excellent petit déjeuner. En plus d'un décor rustique unique, associé aux élément de confort modernes. Nous donnerions un 6.

Hôtel typique au dessus du torrent et à quelques pas du centre de Courmayeur. Ambiance chaleureuse, chambre confortable, personnel et propriétaire sympathiques, cuisine locale de bonne facture, petit déjeuner copieux avec produits de la maison. Parking extérieur doté de 3 postes de recharge électrique.

It was comfortable, the hotel is an older style. If you happen to like heavy alpine wood decor this would be an ideal location. The food and service was very good. At this price point I would compare other available options.

Underbart hotell för smekmånad! Fantastisk service & personal. Kanske skulle framgått att spa’t kostade extra, men det var det värt. Möjligtvis lite tråkig frukost...

Delightful staff, great atmosphere, very tastefully decorated. Excellent service and food. Warm, friendly. Recommend highly. Definitely going again.
