Starting with arrival - this hotel was “difficult”. Difficult to locate using Google Maps, parking was off-site (about a block away and unsecured). Our room was on the second floor - not only was there no elevator, but the stairs were literally from another century - stone, worn uneven with time. Absolutely no help with our bags. Did I mention it was complicated with pouring rain? Yeah, the “lobby” of this hotel is open-air, so the floors were puddles of water, steps were wet - well- they were outside! It was a relief to get inside of the room. The room itself was fine, comfortable enough, nice bathroom, but for me the inconveniences of this place outweighed the positives. There was a continental breakfast included which was nice, nothing special. You need to ask for your cappuccino to be “caldo” or it will come room temperature. The staff was pleasant enough - absolutely no complaints. We actually ended up checking out a day early! I definitely will be looking for another option next time we’re in the Maglie area. No value here based on the price.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Nice simple breakfast that included gluten free options upon request.

Hotel fica a uns 15/20 minutos de Otranto! Ótima opção pra quem tá de carro pela Puglia! Quarto, café da manhã e atendimento excelentes!!

Excellent in every respect. Highly recommend.

The staff could not have been better or more kind. The only suggestion I have is the bathroom could have been about 1’ deeper for movement. The glass ceiling was a great idea and they should have made the wall between the bath & bedroom glass as well with an opaque section for privacy.

The hotel is in a very nice and quite town. The rooms are lovely and the hotel is in a historical amazing place. The only improvement point for winter is that the place where the breakfast is served has not a very good heating system and it was cold

Dans une ville qui ne ressemble à aucune autre dans les Pouilles, l'établissement est remarquable par son architecture qui mêle l'authenticité et le moderne. Que vous arriviez de jour comme de nuit, il se dégage une impression de volupté et de noblesse. D'autres diront romantique, d'autres plutôt design...le Corte dei Francesi est un peu de tout çà pour le bonheur des clients. Le service (en français...) est impeccable, bienveillant, et très attentionné. Les chambres sont décorées avec une sobriété et une authenticité qui donne une impression de luxe et de plénitude, qui vous fait ressentir un calme ressourçant. Le petit déjeuner est à l'image de l'ambiance qui règne dans l'hôtel, atypique, varié et avec le souci du choix des produits naturels de la région. En bref c'est une oasis de volupté dans une ville où l'élégance des bâtiments, des boutiques et des habitants sont un ravissement pour les yeux. C'est la plus belle surprise de notre séjour..

Beautiful rooms with vaulted ceiling and stone walls and floors typical of old buildings in Puglia. Very well maintained and extremely courteous staff ready to help with any questions. Very tasteful croissants and pasticciottos, an amazing local pastry, served with breakfast.

Bellissima esperienza, struttura molto affascinante. Camera pulita, ordinata e confortevole. Siamo stati accolti da uno staff molto gentile e disponibile che ci ha dato indicazioni e raccontato la storia del palazzo. Ottima colazione con profitti di prima qualità

Hôtel dans un lieu chargé d'histoire, rénovation de grande qualité mettant en valeur l'histoire du bâtiment. Bon petit déjeuner buffet et très belle chambre de caractère.

The hotel Surprised us with the nice layout, comfortable room and well balanced breakfast. The location was perfect and the quiet at night despite some tragic. Parking available close to the hotel.
