清潔かつ快適でした。レセプションの対応も親切で、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。駅から10分ほど歩くので荷物が大きい人は注意です。（石畳の道でキャリーバッグも少し運びにくいです）

期待以上に素敵なところでした。みなさんにおすすめします。

このホテルは古い建物を見事にリニュアールしており、非常に快適だった。他の部屋からの騒音を心配したが、問題なかった。朝食もすばらしくおいしく、フレッシュオレンジジュースが自分でつくれたこともよかった。やや駅からは歩くことになる。

Booked this hotel for the first night of our trip on the Bernia express. Located about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station it was an amazing hotel. The room we were allocated was in an outer building which was easy to access. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious with all amenities. The hotel must have had a refurb as you could still smell the new carpets and fresh paint work. The bath was very stylish with everything you could need. If I were visiting Tirano again I would stay here again.

Front desk was always super friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, the room was beautiful, everything was wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

Lugar com cara de Itália !!! Quartos grandes e confortável. Gostei do café da manhã ! Indicaram um restaurante muito bom bem próximo. Bem perto pra fazer tudo a pé .

Overall, everything was really nice I think the hotel is pretty new hotel and everything seems to be all working properly. I would just put a little minus point for the TV not being connected to TV where you can AirPlay from your devices so the choice is quite limited. Breakfast was nice & included and staff as well was great and looked after us - fresh cakes, yogurt, cereals, hot options.

This hotel is a FIND! It is a painstakingly updated and restored. The rooms are all unique. The food for breakfast is very good. Ask for the ginger carrot juice. It was freshly made on front of me in the juicer.

Helpful & courteous staff, clean and welcoming property. External signage could be improved - confusing and difficult to find

Tudo excelente. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, roupas de cama e banho ótimas. Cafe da manhã maravilhoso. Perto da estação de trem e restaurantes.

Friendly staff, 12 minutes walk to the train station

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a good location only a short distance from the centre of Tirano. The rooms were clean and warm and we're a good size.

This hotel is stunning, it's an old building which has been done up to a very high standard. We had a double bedroom which was very large, it had plenty of room if you needed to store luggage and was easy walking distance from the station. It was equipped with a kettle and supplies for hot drinks, and also a fridge. The shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with loads of choice. The area was nice although not alot about, we walked down to the church basilica della madonna which is stunning inside, and also walked all round the small town centre. We also ate at a small restaurant called parravicini where the food was amazing and very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. And recommend it either for a stopover when doing the Bernina express or for a longer trip if you want somewhere comfortable with lots of room.
