Très bon rapport qualité/prix, chambre spacieuse, ne pas oublier de mettre la petite affiche ne pas déranger sinon les femmes de ménage rentrent sans frapper. Restaurant impeccable, très bonnes pizzas faite maison, les salades copieuses. parking accessible avant même de récupérer la chambre.

The only reason this hotel is getting 3 stars is for the fact that there is NO outdoor pool as the pictures would imply. When i asked the hotel about this, they said the pictures are for "marketing" purposes which was really upsetting. the only reason i booked this place was because i have small kids and i needed to keep them busy. Needless to say we were all disappointed. Other than this important blunder, the hotel is really nice, clean and the staff is really wonderful. Just don't book it if you expect to have an outdoor pool to sit by and swim in.

Its a simple hotel situated at a convenient location. Not suitable for families with children under 16 yrs of age, as they will not be able to use the pool or any other facilities. Furthermore the use of the pool, gym etc all cost extra. These are not mentioned at the point of booking. The hotel offers the same basic breakfast menu every day of the week.

We slept so well from the first night, the staff were lovely and not intrusive. Our room was at the rear and close to the A4 motorway but was silent, the automated blackout blind and A/C ensured the room was comfortable too. Our waitress at breakfast Selma was attentive and welcoming, the cappuccinos were absolutely lovely. The room had a minibar - we used this fridge to keep our own drinks cool. There were no drink facilities in the room but we knew to expect.this. The breakfast was constantly good, although had no rotation we appreciated this. There were excellent alternative milk options and lactose / gluten free options.

En français : Avis constructif sur l'hôtel : Notre séjour s'est très bien passé et nous en sommes globalement satisfaits. La chambre était excellente, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et le service. Nos remarques sont constructives et visent à souligner des pistes d'amélioration qui, selon nous, permettraient d'offrir une expérience encore meilleure. * Restaurant et petit-déjeuner : Le personnel, bien qu'il fasse correctement son travail, manque de sourire et de chaleur. L'ambiance est assez froide, et nous avions l'impression d'être surveillés. De plus, il peut être désagréable d'entendre certains employés critiquer les clients. Une meilleure organisation du travail pourrait sans doute améliorer cet aspect. * Ménage : Le nettoyage quotidien est fait, mais nous avons noté un manque de ménage en profondeur. Nous avons trouvé beaucoup de poussière et de détritus sous le canapé-lit, un point à améliorer pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. * Langues étrangères : Le personnel ne parle qu'anglais comme langue étrangère. Cela peut être un obstacle à la communication pour une partie de la clientèle internationale. En résumé, l'hôtel mérite ses quatre étoiles. Le personnel est poli et efficace, mais un peu plus de chaleur serait apprécié. Ces quelques ajustements rendraient l'expérience vraiment excellente.

Eccellente struttura con servizi ben assortiti e personale molto cordiale. Logisticamente strategico.

Prima verbijf

De kamer was prima, zo ook de douche en het ontbijt. Maar de locatie was luid en naast de snelweg. Als je denkt dat de foto een zwembad laat zien is dat bedrog. Wij wilde buiten naast het water een boekje lezen maar dit was niet mogelijk, stoelen stonden zonder kussens, parasols waren dicht geklapt en het water is maar 5 cm diep. Dus geen buitenzwembad. Binnen was wel een zwembad maar hier moet je 20,00 euro per persoon voor betalen. De foto laat iets heel anders zien dan dat er daadwerkelijk is.

Auf dem Foto ist zwar ein Pool zu sehen, dieser ist jedoch nicht nutzbar – sehr enttäuschend

Réservé une nuit pour une halte en moto, le parking souterrain est rassurant, la chambre est bien et nous sommes étonné de la présence d'un bassin mais pas de piscine.

Transport ist not easy to arrive Milano.

Calm location with neat environment, but quite a distance from Milan city.
