ドゥオーモ広場から100m足らず、魚市場の直ぐ北側のわさわさした界隈ですが、玄関ドアも常にロックされていて、館内は静かで安心して過ごせました。　レセプション、クリーニング等全てのスタッフが感じ良かったです。　恐らく古い躯体の建物でしょうが、最新機器でモダンにリノベーションされていました。　キッチン（食器）付きですが、さすがに調理はしませんでした。　ただ、お湯を沸かしてお茶を入れるだけでも作業がゆったりと出来ました。　うす暗い部屋が多いヨーロッパでは珍しいと思いますが、シーリングライトが付いています。フロアーランプ、ブラケットを含め室内を明るくすることも出来るので、そこも日本人にはありがたいです。　電気関係のスイッチ・プレートはタッチ・パネルです（まだ、日本製にはないかも？）

Yes the stay was very good in most respects. However, the showers in both of our rooms were at best lukewarm.

The room had NO HOT WATER to shower in the morning before leaving for our flight. No one to call because no one at desk until 8:30am. I believe there was an emergency number but o doubt they would have been able to get hot water in less than an hour.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! It is far from a 4 star as advertised. I arrived and the rooms are incredibly dirty. When I asked to change the other room they showed me was worse. I knew I wouldn’t be getting the amenities many hotels give, but the cleanliness was what made me want to leave. The rooftop terrace which is mainly why I booked this hotel was under renovation and unable to use. Even after I confirmed my booking 3 days prior there was no mention of this. The breakfast is a rip off, avoid this too. I was told my booking included this then they asked for more money upon arrival. I also found a camera in the bathroom which violates so many things. As a solo female traveller I felt unsafe. The manager also showed me upon check-in where he hides the master keys in case I lose mine and there is no reception. That’s scary as other guests know this and anyone could have metered my room. The safe was broken and they didn’t fix as promised. I had a jacket and an envelope that was hidden in my backpack taken and the manager tried to accuse me of lying. Overall terrible experience. I ended up losing the money and having to book another hotel elsewhere. Expedia is being very helpful and trying to help me get my money back.

The room was modern and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop patio was closed for renovation so I did not get to enjoy that, but the view from my balcony over the main street leading to the cathedral was excellent! The hotel was right in the heart of everything! Would definitely stay again!

Hotel localizado numa área muito movimentada. Ainda que muito central, fica numa rua com acesso limitado aos carros e ao mesmo tempo muito barulhenta. O quarto era bom, amplo, mas com algumas paredes descascadas, ou seja, falta manutenção. Café da manhã muito fraco.

Der Duschkopf war schrecklich und wurde schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Hatte viele weisse und schwarze Kalkablagerung. Ansonsten war die Suite sehr schön. Sehr zentral gelegen und nette Belegschaft.

Amazing position of the hotel. Right in the middle of the old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always trying to help or accommodate our needs. Hotel need renovation, but everything was working inside our room.
