ドゥオーモ スイーツ & スパ

ドゥオーモ広場から100m足らず、魚市場の直ぐ北側のわさわさした界隈ですが、玄関ドアも常にロックされていて、館内は静かで安心して過ごせました。　レセプション、クリーニング等全てのスタッフが感じ良かったです。　恐らく古い躯体の建物でしょうが、最新機器でモダンにリノベーションされていました。　キッチン（食器）付きですが、さすがに調理はしませんでした。　ただ、お湯を沸かしてお茶を入れるだけでも作業がゆったりと出来ました。　うす暗い部屋が多いヨーロッパでは珍しいと思いますが、シーリングライトが付いています。フロアーランプ、ブラケットを含め室内を明るくすることも出来るので、そこも日本人にはありがたいです。　電気関係のスイッチ・プレートはタッチ・パネルです（まだ、日本製にはないかも？）　

Hotel was in an ideal location, very close to the duomo with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Would be happy to stay here again.

I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel in Catania. My room had a lovely balcony window street view of the duomo and included a delicious breakfast. The location was very convenient, and as a solo traveler I felt safe. Thank you for the beautiful Il Gattopardo room! The interior was very modern and clean with elevator and stairs. The staff was very accommodating and helpful to call me a taxi for my departure.

The staff were super helpful and kind! I had some medical issues to deal with and Vanessa and Carla - the concierge’s were do beautiful and kind to me! The cleaning staff were amazing and everyone was helpful and kind! Can’t recommend enough!

Great property right in the middle if the city.

Staff is excellent, location is perfect. Room was very clean with all of the little extras that make a hotel experience memorable (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a welcome bottle of champagne, two free water bottles).

The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. The hotel needs a refurb throughout.The roof terrace has a great view of the Duomo but it’s a neglected space which could be turned into something lovely for guests to enjoy. The biggest issue for all of our group was the noise from the surrounding bars late at night and into the early hours.

El Lugar y la ubicación excelente, la cama incómoda

Centrally located, great comfy bed, we stayed a couple of nights and we enjoyed the experience. We had a free bottle of wine that was promptly delivered after chatting with an Expedia representative. The hotel did not have our VIP status at the beginning, but the issue got easily solved. They have parking available at a nearby location - about 8 minute walk - for an extra 15€.

Tolles kleines Hotel in Toplage. Betten für mich absolut zu hart. Mein Mitreisender war zufrieden mit den harten Betten.

We truly enjoyed this boutique hotel. Vanessa was so friendly & kind. She even recommended a restaurant nearby that was perfect! Loved this hotel location and spacious Godfather room. Center of everything w Catania being such a great walking city!!

Rommet var rent og pent, men veldig lytt. Fest i gata på utsiden hele uka til langt på natt så mye støy. Takterrassen var veldig fin, men mye fuglebæsj på bord og stoler.

My stay at Duomo Suites & Spa in Catania was truly delightful, largely thanks to its exceptional location. Stepping outside the hotel meant being immediately immersed in the vibrant energy of the city center. One of the most significant advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the Duomo di Catania. The stunning cathedral is practically on its doorstep, allowing for easy exploration of this historical landmark. Furthermore, the hotel is surrounded by a fantastic selection of restaurants, catering to all tastes. From traditional Sicilian cuisine to modern dining experiences, there was no shortage of culinary delights. The convenience of the location extended beyond dining. Many of Catania's other key attractions were within easy walking distance, making it effortless to explore the city's rich cultural heritage. The lively atmosphere of the surrounding area added to the overall experience, creating a memorable stay!

The hotel is in a good location, close to all major sights, with local shopping and restaurants just outside. We reserved a suite, which is spacious. However, there is a sewage smell that seems to be masked by strong perfumes. The faucet in the sink won’t close properly unless you hit it quite hard. The large round bed takes up most of the walking space in the bedroom, and I have some concerns about the clearance of the big red comforter. The bathroom is very small and quite old. The trim in the shower stall was disgustingly moldy. Additionally, the door doesn’t lock unless you pull it hard. Overall, this will not be a hotel I will return.

Great Location. However a Bit Loud. House needs TLC: Spa was under maintenance( Not usable) shower door leaked, no hot water in the morning.

La ubicación es muy conveniente. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, y pese a que está en una zona ruidosa, pude dormir muy bien. Creo que podrían cuidar algunos detalles de mantencion, son cosas pequeñas pero se ven mal (estaba dañada una parte donde está la cocina, tambien el borde de la ducha en el piso). Pero la joya de este hotel es su personal, super amables, cálidas, profesionales todas!! Buscando siempre cómo hacerte sentir bien y ayudar en todo lo posible. Las camareras, la chica del desayuno, y las recepcionistas, se pasaron, todas cinco estrellas!!
