My stay lasted two days, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, the amenities were excellent, and the hotel’s convenient location near the station made things so easy. On top of that, having supermarkets and great restaurants nearby was a huge bonus! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Firenze.

Highly recommended. It’s just 5 minutes walk to Vatican. Really great location! Comfortable bed and reasonable price. The reception is good and take care of me really well. バチカン市国から徒歩5分のオススメホテルです。バチカン市国最寄りのスクエアから20秒のところにあります。バチカン市国のメイン通りではありませんが、アクセスは抜群にいいいです。人通りも多いです。オープンドアのいわゆるホテルではなく、入り口が常にロックしてあり、鍵を持った宿泊客のみ入れるホテルです。ホテル館内は清潔で快適です。フロントスタッフは親切で、オススメ観光ガイドや予約をしたほうがいい場所、オススメレストランなど親切に教えてくれました。スタッフの数は少ないですが、お仕事はキッチリしている印象です。深夜早朝など、フロントに人がいない場合は、電話で呼び出したり、メッセージを送る必要があります。日本語対応はしていないので、英語ができた方が安心かもしれません。とても清潔で居心地がよく親切なスタッフがいてロケーションもいいホテルなので、バチカンに行く方にはオススメします！！ ヨーロッパ旅行中は何かと野菜不足になりますが、近所にオーガニックのカフェがあります。近くのオフィスで働く人たちが通うカフェです。しぼりたてのフレッシュジュースや新鮮なサラダ、野菜たっぷりのスープなど本当に美味しかったです！

The hotel was lovely but the walls were very think and I could hear snoring from another room. I was staying alone and someone coughing in another room woke me up. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was equal parts firm and soft so could have been an amazing stay but for hearing everything in the rooms that share a wall with me.

Breakfast options are limited, but they're delivered promptly, affordably, and with a smile.

The room was spotless and the service absolutely AMAZING! The location was awesome. Walking distance to the Vatican was a big PLUS for us.

They were warm, welcoming, and always ready with helpful recommendations or a friendly conversation that made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The location could not be more perfect. You’re just steps from St. Peter’s Basilica and some of the best local cafés and restaurants in the area — ideal for early Vatican visits and evening strolls through charming Roman streets. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or returning to Rome, Eccelso Hotel delivers a superior experience in every way. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely return!

The hotel was modern, clean, quiet and very convenient to the Vatican. The very reasonably priced coffee bar in the lobby was a nice touch. The window opened and the AC worked, even in October. The area felt upscale and safe, if quite busy. The front door isn't easy to find unless you know what to look for, but the staff provided instructions before we arrived, so we didn't have a problem. The lobby is only manned 8:00 to 20:00, but they are willing to help schedule things outside those hours.

Our stay at Eccelso Hotel was a great experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very courteous too. You cannot go wrong staying at this location. The area of Rome was very nice, convenient, and had lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend and would stay again.

We had been traveling for 3 weeks and this was my favorite hotel. It’s a charming boutique hotel, clean and well maintained, comfortably beds and the best helpful staff. They made our last few days in Rome memorable.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, super zentral. Direkt um die Ecke sind Busstationen, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Es gibt genug Auswahl von guten bis sehr guten Restaurants. Das Beste ist aber das Hotel selber und das Personal. Hier stimmt alles. Preis/Leistung wirklich super. Jeder Zeit wieder.
