ホテルは普通です! 周辺は観光客があまりいないからいいかも。

ロビーがおしゃれで、客室も清潔で、アメニティも不足がない。早朝に到着したところ、無料でアーリーチェックインに対応してくれて、本当に感謝です。

今回2回目の滞在です。 ホテルフロントは対応が明るくて好感が持てます。 部屋はビジネスユースでしたが、何も言うことはありません。 Wifiもよくつながります。 アメニティも一通りそろい、特にスリッパがあって、うれしかったです（日本人には？）。 （歯ブラシはありません。欧州では見たことなし・・・。） 朝食も生野菜とフルーツが充実していて、よかったと思います。 イタリアのホテルでは、朝食に野菜が不足しているかな・・・と思いますので、そこは評価のポイントです。 （ただ、毎朝ほぼメニュー同じなので、長期の場合は飽きます。） 観光にはちょっと遠いですが、路面電車を使えば1本でドーモまで行けます。 90分チケット、1日乗車券もフロントで買えます。 Room: Good (clean, wide space and wi-fi connection) Bath room: Good (with bath tub and good shower pressure) Location: So-so (from hotel to Duomo, about 20min by tram) Breakfast: Good (vegetables and fruits) I always thought the reception manner was so good. I want to stay this hotel again.

ミラノ中心部からやや離れたロケーションですが、路面電車を使えば不便ではありません。 値段相応のホテルです。 スタッフは親切ではあるもののチェックインの際の手際が悪くかなり待たされました。 客室も可もなく不可もなく。 ミラノは全般的にホテルが高いので、しょうがない感じです。

エアコンが効き難いのが難点でしたが、ベッドが清潔で、部屋のキーを挿すと外側に居室のランプが付き便利でした。周辺にはスーパーマーケットやレストランもあり、今回の一週間の滞在では文句無しでした。

当日に宿泊を決定しました。最初ホテルから人数に対して、部屋が小さいから、と別の部屋を用意されましたが、その部屋が関係者のエレベーター、通路を通っての部屋で、部屋はメゾネットでしたが暗く、泊まりたくない部屋でしたので、小さくても最初予約した部屋に泊まりました。 部屋は小さいです。ドリンクは豊富です。

Rundum alles war wirklich sehr gut! Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern gehalten, das Zimmer angenehm groß und im Stile des Hotels mit vielen Akzenten versehen. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels sehr sehr freundlich!

Sono cliente di questo albergo da anni. Location molto buona. Struttura molto piacevole, ben tenuta. Questa volta un neo: il giorno dell'arrivo ho segnalato un lavandino che non si svuotava e una lampada con forte sfarfallio nel bagno ma i problemi non sono stati risolti. Da menzionare il ristorante: ottima qualità e servizio accurato, professionale ma piacevolmente cordiale.

We booked the Enterprise Hotel for three nights in October and chose to go for an "Executive" double room. The hotel is quite nice and is well located near public transport, we used trams 1 and 19 several times into the city. The hotel is quite nice, nice decor, friendly staff who provide good service. In the lobby area they also have large jars of sweets, which is nice for both adults and children. The rooms were incredibly large and beautiful, and there was most of what we needed (hairdryer, coffee machine, minibar, toiletries, safe, TV, bathtub, soaps etc.). The room was very quiet. We have read that people were very happy with the beds, but unfortunately, we cannot agree with that. At first there was a double duvet, the hotel changed it to two single duvets, very much appreciated by us. There were 2 pillows on each side in the bed, but both were very, very hard. The hotel changed it to something softer, but we missed a pillow menu from very soft to hard. We really appreciated the hotel for trying to solve the problems for us. And then it is the bed itself... It can be that we are 50+ and require more comfort, or that the beds are quite hard. We didn't sleep very well here, but well enough that we could enjoy the days outside in nice weather. With an executive room you also get free access to the spa. Here you had a sauna and jacuzzi as well as a sitting area with heated benches and tea. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. All in all, we were quite happy

What an amazing stay! The check in staff was amazing and kind; the room was spotless upon arrival. The hotel breakfast is truly amazing, I cannot express how delicious everything was. Sad that we didn’t get to experience the spa but it’s nice that it’s available. The only downside is that the TV isnt a smart TV. Everything else more than made up for that. There’s also easy access to everything you’d like to do in Milan via the tram or walking distance.
