Das Resort ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider waren wir in der Nebensaison und da war der beheizte Pool nur von 10-13 Uhr mit Kindern zugänglich.

Chill ambiance - nice spa services - splendid beach views.

Alles sehr gut! Wasser sollte allerdings im Preis inbegriffen sein.

The Falkensteiner is definitely an upscale resort. We enjoyed our stay. Given the price point, the resort should have provided as much free water as guests needed/wanted, not just 1 bottle a day.

Top wie jedes Jahr seit 2018!

I never complain about my hotels. But I paid 2k a night to spend in an old room, that was covered in ants. This is a family resort, it’s all kids and parents(which is fine if you are looking for that). Breakfast was good. Gym was sub par. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. Staff was great. Beach is very nice there the pools are busy with families. My big problem is the price to value you get. Free valet parking was nice. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

We really loved the location the view the hotel was very nicely design. The Mediterranean style really fit the vibe. The food was excellent. The service staff was inefficient understaffed, and it was hard to get service. The front desk personnel was professional and amazingly friendly every time all time. Hi I’m 11. I’m the kid who went to the Kids program. The kids program is great and they give you time to explore and they give you a lot of attention. They have fun activities planned every day and at the end of the night every night they have disco tech at 8:30 tonight.. I would like to mention some of the staff members, Greta, Sophia, Vincenzo, Maxine and Elena I felt safe there and they acted as friends. I will come back.

The staff is phenomenal, no matter if it’s Front Desk, Restaurant, Lifeguards or Child care. The Food is excellent, the Location is Stimmung. We will gladly come back.

Tolles Personal, leckeres Essen – aber enttäuschender Check-out. Das Team war die ganze Woche über großartig – besonders Sandro und Michele im Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Terrasse zum Frühstücken und Abendessen einfach wunderschön. Allerdings waren Speisen und Getränke insgesamt recht teuer. Unsere Villa war leider stark feucht und roch modrig – einige unserer Sachen mussten wir deshalb entsorgen. Die Anlage insgesamt war sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Insbesondere die Außenanlagen waren wunderschön bepflanzt. Trotzdem hätten wir das Hotel empfohlen – bis zum Check-out: Uns wurden 380€ für den Transfer berechnet, obwohl wir eine schriftliche Bestätigung über 226 € hatten. Der Fehler wurde nicht eingeräumt, ein Kompromiss abgelehnt. Uns wurde sogar angeboten, den Transfer 20 Minuten vor Abfahrt zu stornieren. Sehr schade – engagiertes Personal und schöne Anlage, aber unprofessionelles Management.

Gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, ein Ort zum wohl fühlen!

Weltklasse, das Hotel ist weit über allem was man sich wünschen würde. Das einzige ABER sind die zum Teil verzogenen Gäste, denn auch im gehobenen Hotel gehört sich Anstand.

Pour être un hôtel 5 étoiles, il y a beaucoup de choses qui ne fonctionnent pas. Si le temps est mauvais il n y a pas des infrastructures ouvertes Une piscine pour les enfants devrait être un peu chauffée . L’ hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 etoiles

Great destination for a family with young kids

The hotel is beautifully designed and the location is stunning. The beach at the hotel is beautiful with different areas to explore and water sports on offer. Kento restaurant overlooks the sea with spectacular views and the food and service were great. We travelled to the hotel with our two children, 4 and 7 years, and they loved it. The kids club staff were great and very attentive, particularly Mateo and Maxi. There is a disco every night which they loved, along with movie nights. The activities are fun and engaging. The breakfast options at the hotel were great, annd there was even a juice station where you could make your own juice each morning, although towards the end of our stay it seemed to get quite busy and slightly understaffed. Dinner was great and the setting really was exceptional. It did feel slightly repetitive after several nights, particularly the options on the BBQ, although by the food served was delicious. Staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, the only downside was the service at the pool and beach which was slow, and the pizzeria was terribly staffed and unorganised. The pizza however was great. The gym at the hotel does not feel like a five star. It is tired and doesn’t feel clean. Every morning we had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on which wasn’t ideal for a gym that’s supposed to be 24 hour. There was hardly any mats and the ones that were these were dirty and worn. Overall the hotel and location were great.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage wunderbar in einer kleinen Bucht gelegen, mit Privatstrand. Speisen und Getänke sehr gut. Personal sehr nett und kinderfreundlich Das Hauptgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer mit „Parksicht“ eröffnete von der großen Terasse den Blick auf das Dach der Küche (inkl. entsprechender Geräuschpegel)
