朝食も海を見ながら食べられるのが良かった

Room with view was outstanding. Breakfast (& dinner at the restaurant) were convenient, delicious with an unforgettable view.

Chambre propre et spacieuse, ménage fait au quotidien. Très bel endroit avec chambre et petit déjeuner vue mer. Parking accessible facilement. Manque insonorisation des chambres.

Havde et opgraderet værelse med havudsigt Desværre mødte der 10 arbejdere op hver morgen kl 7 og begyndte at bore, hamre, vinkelsliber mm hver dag. Hold op en larm Vi var på ferie. Poolen var det samme hele dagen. Personalet var dog super flinke. Men havde håbet på en afslappet ferie.

Pæn og lækker morgenmad

Bitterly disappointed with this hotel. On reading the website when booking it advertises sea, relaxation and comfort. However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. At the spa centre again the same story with the sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and steam room all closed. On asking why “just because they are”. Presumably again open on 1st June. The hotel itself is a little tired being a conference / venue hotel that sprawls along the cliff edge. It is not in the centre or near Catania (7kms away) with a poor and sporadic bus service into the actual town. Taxis are available and Ubers can bring you back. The staff are generally very friendly and accommodating. Really there is very little to do outside of the “open / high season” here and we would not recommend this hotel for visiting Catania as the website is misleading in what you actually get. We met other groups and they felt the same with everything being closed.

I was surprised by the beauty of the hotel and its outdoor spaces, especially the pool and landscaping. I wish we could have stayed longer!

There is little to like. Check in didn’t provide WIFI info. Rang reception no response but got it next day. Room was poor with toilet flush needed both hands power to flush, only one socket for charging next to the floor. None next to bedside table. Very few signs to reach breakfast place and wrong sign on one place so had to ask someone to find it! Dinner was with cold soup and took 45 minutes, only 3 tables occupied, 2 shared meal courses cost 70 euros with no alcohol. Too big badly managed breakfast room, I had to ask for cutlery as not laid on the table. Hardly deserve 2-3 star⭐️ Too far from airport and taxi cost 55euro at 10 pm. Not recommended.

The hotel was wonderful. Beautiful place and located by the sea, breathtaking sight from the rooms. Nice pool area to take sunbaths as well. Excellent and well maintained yard. It has available parking. Room was spacious, breakfast included, very good and tasty. We had dinner a couple of nights and it was great also. There is a bar area in one of the floors very nice decorated. Convenient location, not far from the historical center, but you need car or taxi or uber.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Great selection of breakfast dishes. Wonderful pool to cool off in and hopefully soon a new sea area to swim from.

A lovely hotel with a stunning view, a beautiful area, and friendly staff. However, I was surprised that in the morning they removed the tables and chairs on the terrace, preventing guests from enjoying breakfast while watching the fantastic sunrise and view. No one was willing to discuss or justify this decision. On the first day, I found a plastic table, which was removed the next day. Several customers looked around searchingly for a table on the terrace.

The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The room was spacious with huge windows, bed was cozy & great pillows. The bathroom was large & always clean. Our only disappointment was that the pool was full but not open to swimming until May and we were there last week in April. We were served drinks by the pool at least. The view from the huge hotel deck was fabulous! Slightly outside Catania's outrageous driving traffic.

Great hotel

Fint og velfungerende hotel med flot havudsigt udsigt, store omgivelser og masser af plads. Hotellet har en historisk charme af luksus som stadigvæk holder. Vi var der tidligt på sæsonnen (slut april) og hotellet var tydeligvis ikke helt i omdrejninger - måske også efter den alvorlige storm i januar. Trods det gode vejr (25 grader) var swimmingpoolen ikke åben, selvom den lå indbydende der i midten af plænen. Heller ikke havbadet var tilgængeligt.

Hôtel très propre et très bon accueil chambre supérieure vue mer avec terrasse agréable et bien rénovée. Malheureusement les chambres sont peu insonorisées et les travaux extérieurs nuisent au repos. Piscine extérieure fermée. Le petit déjeuner est moyen pas d’un 4 étoiles..dommage aussi que les tables et chaises ne soient pas installées en terrasse pour petit déjeuner dehors et profiter pleinement de la superbe vue.

Hotel room was nice and clean. Plenty of space. The pool was closed the whole time but we were able to lay out on the tanning chairs. The access to the “beach” was closed off due to not being ready for guests. We did not use the weight room but did visit it. Not much there but enough to get a small workout in while on vacation. There isn’t much near the hotel. We had to uber to Catania and Taormina for things to do.
