グランド ホテル ボナーノ

駅からのアクセスがとても便利で、重いスーツケースを持って歩いていても問題ありませんでした。ただ ホテルの入口にフロントまで階段を登らなければならないのが少々厳しかったです 朝食は種類が豊富で とても美味しくいただけました。

アメニティがほとんど無く不便。 ４星としてこれ程何もないのは自分として初めて。 年寄りには、若干観光の中心に少し遠い。 食事は大いに満足。 スタッフ感じが大変良い。 駐車料金もリｰゾナブル。

All staff we spoke to were so helpful and friendly, bar staff, breakfast, reception, fantastic customer service. Room was nice, small but not tiny, good shower, clean beds, clean bathroom, safe, fridge, tv, coffee maker, probably needs some more sockets next to the bed to charge phone at night, hairdryer in bathroom. About a ten minute walk to the tower area, same for the river. Hotel was very convenient for us as we would walk, heard a couple of others say it was a bit far out, if you are fit and able then it is fine and the sun was out. Taxi from airport was 21 euros. My only negative was the breakfast, would have liked more selection and a few of the things were in need of replenishing, but we ate at 9.30am. Food is different for everyone, so this is just our opinion and others may love it. Would I stay again or recommend, most definitely I would.

Really good breakfasts and evening meals(we were half board). The location of the hotel is the only issue-away from everything and awkward to get to/from due to the many railways near to the hotel

Hotel is positioned on a main road with an underpass that has to be used to access the hotel. And alongside a train track which you can hear if you have the window open.

Outstanding breakfast with many cakes in addition to scrambled and hard boiled eggs, terrific muesli cereal, and other things. It really was wonderful. Excellent location about 25 minutes easy walk to the duomo and leaning tower or 20 to 25 minutes walk East to a really attractive part of town--the cavalieri Square and stretto borgo. It was an easy 25 minute walk to reach the hotel from the airport.

Bit far from shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the city centre. If you are fine to walk back to the hotel after dinner in the city center its fine, or else you may want to have a vehicle. The hotel is clean and spacious, staff are polite and friendly. However, the room was quite outdated (not a big deal), the breakfast is ok, and the hotel has some policies which I do not really understand. Two issues we had during our stay: 1. Was quite hot in the room (26-28 degrees at night), though we understand the AC is not allowed in Italy at this time of the year, there was no other practical solution offered. 2. The hotel refuses to heat baby food in their microwave. Staff explanation is that they can't be sure of the ingredients in the food. I do not find this very useful as an explanation, as we have eaten in restaurants that have not refused to heat the food. Even fast food restaurants and bakeries have heated baby food without hesitation. I therefore do not understand the super standards of the hotel.
