Alles etwas alt, bett usw...und niemand dort, am Bar um 10:30 Abends der barman sagte dass wir für heute die einzigen Gäste

Struttura splendida!!! La junior suite al primo piano (118) è bellissima e ha un terrazzo vista lago pazzesco. La nostra junior suite al 5° piano, altrettanto bella, più piccola ma con 2 terrazzi di cui uno vista laterale lago. Sala colazione con una vista incredibile. Unica pecca ( parere soggettivo) che nella junior suite al 5° piano era presente una vasca con doccino e soffione, ma senza tenda e/o parete di vetro, quindi personalmente un po scomoda. Spazi comuni molto curati, ragazze in reception molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo

Great location and amazing gardens to relax in. The bar has an amazing selection and great views over Lago Maggiore, the restaurant serves high dining also with view of garden and lake. The breakfast room next to a good selection again overlooks the view. Walking distance to the town centre and to the amazing Restaurant Milano. The rooms are quite and comfortable.

Wunderschöner Garten, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre toll gewesen. Vergrösserungsspiegel im Bad wünschenswert. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal im ganzen Hotel. Zimmerpreis angemessen.

Older property well maintained . Shower in bathtub spilled water all over the bathroom . Poor design

The location and general feeling of the hotel is appropriately reflected in its name-Majestic. Elegant lobby, beautiful grounds, attentive staff, stunning views, minutes to small town if Verbania by foot.

Grand Hotel Majestic exceeded our expectations throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return.

Location straordinaria, proprio sul lago. Stanza con balcone vista lago impagabile. Servizio mediamente attento e cortese. Colazione migliorabile (soprattutto nel servizio). Ristorante dell’hotel eccellente ma poco pubblicizzato: ad esempio, dov’è il menu? Perché non metterlo in stanza?) Spa migliorabile (idromassaggio? Temperatura acqua?). Nel complesso, ottima esperienza.

Beautiful 5 star resort on Lake Maggiore. Beautiful views from both balconies. Outstanding staff and management. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend this resort.

Eigentlich alles gut. Mühsam, obwohl wir schon zum vierten Mal dort waren immer neu e-mail und Telefonnummer angeben zu müssen. Die versprochene Gratisflasche Wein von hotels.com als Goldmitglied haben wir schon zum zweiten Mal nicht bekommen. Sonst mögen wir den Charme dieses Hotels sehr und das Personal gbt sich grosse Mühe...

Abgenutzte Einrichtung im Zimmer. Safe aus dem vorletzten Jahrhundert - ohne Gebrauchsanweisung. Klimaanlage heizte ununterbrochen, keine Ahnung wie reglieren. In Douche floss das Wasser nicht ab. Schlechtestes WiFI ever, das wir erlebt haben. Aber positiv: Sehr gutes Frühstück, geniale Lage direkt am See, grosser parkähnlicher Garten und hervorragende Restaurants sind nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

We have stayed at this hotel 14 times over the past 30 years of visiting Lago Maggiore. It is old Italian design which I love , convient to great restaurants, has a beautiful outdoor garden on the lake with fabulous views & has a portion of the street cordoned off for walks along this beautiful lake. The staff has always been gracious & helpful. The rooms are very nice but a bit small. Finally they have adequate air conditioning in the rooms. I love this hôtel.

Magnifique vue sur le lac. Demander chambre avec balcon pour en profiter pleinement. Piscine intérieure très sympa. Luxe , calme et vue exceptionnelle.
