Room was excellent, spotless, facilities were very good. Balcony had amazing views. Breakfast was good. Dining staff very helpful. One receptionist was abrupt and after failing to return our documents was offhand. Shuttle to and from Sorrento was a huge bonus. Would return , recommended.

Beautiful views and vista

Gangen lukter klor, rommene lukter som en såpebutikk. Seng, puter og alt annet interiør er slitne. Men de har store rom og nydelig utsikt, gratis shuttle bus til og fra byen. Men med den prisen vi betalte, så ligger forventningen litt høyere opp.

Rigtig dejligt sted med god service, flot udsigt og fantastisk morgenmad. Eneste udfordring er beliggenheden, der er et gost stykke fra byen.

We had a lovely 1 week stay. The staff are very friendly, hotel clean and comforable.The outside eating area was one of our favourites - for breakfast and the occasional dinner. Dinner was ok, not high-end cuisine but was fine and convenient. Staff are all very friendly. The shuttle bus is a must because of the distance from Sorrento centre - we used it a lot as taxis are VERY expensive. The bar with outside seating is lovely with a view over the bay and mount Vesuvius - gorgeous. The sunbeds around the pool (we only used them once!) are packed in like sardines, so we opted to use sunloungers in the garden which were spaced out. The only downside was that the shower temperature kept fluctuating several times during a showering, sometimes too hot to stand under.

Great views. Lovely pool restaurant. Rooms need updating and soundproofing. Shuttle bus to Sorrento is not often enough. You have to wait in line 15 minutes before it leaves from the hotel and from Sorrento it's a free for all. Staff friendly. Pool area small.

Great stay, staff very friendly & helpful. Loved the quiet of being able to be high up to get panoramic view of the sea from our pretty room, & the convenient complimentary shuttle bus that ran almost all day long ( except for short break) was a lifesaver & blessing for us to get to town. My husband has bad back, would never have been able to do that long walk back & forth. Enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast & restaurant for dinner. Thanks for making our 40th wedding anniversary so memorable , Emily H.

We had an absolutely amazing time for our annual girls trip! Antonio, the driver, was the highlight of our trip! Every single member of the staff was thoughtful and kind. The food in the restaurant and the drinks at the bar were all amazing! We were able to book tours that picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off at the same location. All in all this was a wonderful trip at a great hotel.

View from our room was amazing. Very nice breakfast and pool was very enjoyable but my biggest complaint was the bathroom. Was old and partially updated but this was a 4.5 star hotel with towels that were worn out and many were thin and no longer white. towels looked dirty from being so old and personally didn’t want to use but no choice

We had a lovely stay at the Grand Hotel President. The views over Sorrento and the Bay of Naples are absolutely breathtaking—truly postcard-worthy. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. However, it’s worth noting that there aren’t any shops nearby, so popping out for essentials isn’t quite as convenient. The free shuttle service to the town centre is a great perk, but it can be a bit of a scramble to get a seat, especially on the return journey during peak times. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider adding more shuttle runs in the evenings or during busy seasons to ease the rush. Overall, it’s a charming hotel with stunning views and lovely staff—just a few tweaks to the transport would make it even better.
