Atendimento nota 1.000 - todos muito simpáticos. Café da manha simples mas excelente - caso você chegue e não tem ovos o pessoal prepara no momento - atendimento personalizado. Com certeza voltaria ao hotel. Ar condicionado funcionou muito bem, quartos super limpos.

We were all very impressed by the room and amenities. Pictures in the posting did not render it justice. Room is spacious and beds comfortable. We received room service everyday. They changed towels daily for us. Small fridge, AC and a small balcony included. Really great. The elevator is one of a kind and is there for you despite its small size. Breakfast was served generously and was included with the booking (something pretty rare nowadays, especially in Italy). Nice outside area and washroom access. Staff were very nice and helpful. Really recommend it if you're heading to Milan. Thank you everyone!

This hotel was awful. The reception area was ok, staff were helpful but the room was extremely basic and dated. However, what made it truly dreadful was the absolutely disgusting smell in the bathroom. It quickly became apparent that there was a horrible problem with the drains. The smell was so bad that we could still smell it with the bathroom door closed. The area around the hotel was bad, even for Milan (which we knew was scruffy from previous visits). The breakfast was very basic and not great quality. Would definitely not stay here again.

This was a fine place for our family to stay while visiting the Duomo and walking around Milan. The hotel room was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it was very convenient to a subway station to visit the Duomo, and we were thrilled to find an extraordinarily delicious Chinese food restaurant nearby for dinner.

The room was adequate, beds were clean as was the bathroom. You could see some modern touches in the room but could do with re-painting. There was no kettle or drinks facilities in the room which was disappointing. However, the aircon was excellent!! It was so hot outside but the aircon got to work immediately! The breakfast was lovely and the staff were really good, very friendly and helpful and they had the most amazing hot chocolate!

Struttura buona, anche se forse da rimodernare. Personale molto gentile, ma la cosa che più mi ha stupito è stata la ottima gestione del fattore caldo. Camera con aria condizionata e giardinetto sul retro hanno mitigato molto il torrido weekend milanese. Fermata metro vicina.

Hyvä peruskuntoinen hotelli, missä huoneesta löytyi sänky, WC ja suihku. kaikkia tohti käyttää ja hotellin siisteys oli niin hyvä ettei ötököitä näkynyt. Sopi loistavasti aktiiviseen kaupunkilomaan, missä hotellissa käytiin vain nukkumassa.

It’s an older hotel, don’t expect much. Clean and good enough for a couple of nights. The y had a good breakfast though. It was convenient because it was close to the metro. The staff was friendly.

Mukava ja siisti pienehkö hotelli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla. Erinomainen siivous, siistit huoneet ja todella hyvät sängyt! Parisänky 180 cm, mahtuu 2 ihmistä erittäin mukavasti nukkumaan. Todella hyvät patjat ja tyynyt. Henkilökunta todella ystävällinen. Aamiaisella kaikki tarvittava (vihanneksia voisi lisätä). Tulisimme mielellämme uudestaan!

Me sorprendió bastante, superó las expectativas que tenía del hotel, muy limpio, un desayuno espectacular, un trato muy bueno y muy cerca del metro que nos ayudó a desplazarnos por todo Milan. Recomendable 100%. Calidad precio de los mejores en los que he estado. De hecho, si volvemos a Milan volveré al mismo hotel.
