Front desk person became very impatient with us when she could not understand what we were asking for. Nasty tone. And why would I need the keys to the dumpsters? She gave us 5 keys at check in. We had to buzz hotel Bridget and that reception person yelled at us.

It’s basically an apartment building style hotel. Good for 1-2 nights. Full breakfast offering was super. Access to hotel is a bit challenging after 5pm, since front desk closes. Hotel on 2nd floor was annoyed that we rang the bell outside to get buzzed in. Employee was angry and let us know it.

Hotel piccolino ma curato, buona la colazione, come pure la pulizia della stanza. Perfetta la posizione, vicina al centro e a 2 passi dalla stazione

The location was great, close to the main attractions and train station. The room and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great option for budget travelers who just need a place to sleep! My only complaint was that we were not allowed to touch the AC, but we visited during January so we just cracked the window and were fine!

I stayed at Hotel Angelica in Florence, and while the location is convenient, a few things fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi during my stay, which led to additional expenses as I had to find alternate sources for internet access. The mosquitoes in the room were another issue, so I recommend bringing bug spray. My room was located near the dining room and a busy corridor, where travelers were constantly coming and going, so it was not the quietest stay. There was about 4 or 5 keys to remember their unique purpose as the front office is typically closed. That said, if you don’t rely on Wi-Fi and prefer a more traditional, old-fashioned atmosphere, this hotel might suit your needs. But for modern conveniences, you may want to consider other options.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación tanto de la estación de tren como de las principales atracciones turísticas para realizarlas caminando. La habitación es pequeña y las camas no eran muy cómodas (duras para nuestro gusto) El desayuno que se sirve por las mañanas tiene lo necesario para iniciar el día. Hay café, fruta, pan, jugo, jamón y también ofrecieron huevo y tocino. Un punto a considerar es que después de las 5 PM hay unicamente una persona que da soporte por lo menos a 2 hoteles por lo cual, en caso de llegar al hotel para hacer check-in despues de esa hora es necesario acudir a otro hotel que se encuentra en la misma calle y buscar a la persona para que te reciba. Este fue nuestro caso, afortunadamente nos percatamos de eso por una nota colocada en la entrada del edificio. No fue complicado hacer ésto pero no vi esta aclaración al momento de hacer mi reservación. El hotel se encuentra en el 3er piso ( el edificio no es exclusivo del hotel)

I like the service.

Buena propiedad para quedarse una noche o si solo vas de paso por Florencia. Llegamos de noche y tuvimos que hacer check in en otro hotel para que nos dieran las llaves, es un poco confuso y no muy práctico si llevas prisa. Pero el joven que nos atendió muy amable y atento. La habitación un poco pequeña, daba a la calle y las ventanas eran grandes y bonitas.

Excelente trato del personal y desayuno delicioso.
