Quarto pequeno, box do chuveiro menor ainda, estacionamento desproporcionalmente caro comparado a outros hotéis da região (que normalmente nem cobram pelo estacionamento) pessima experiência, não vale a tarifa cobrada

mi è piaciuto il bagno nuovo e spazioso, non mi è piaciuta la vista della camera.

Die Familienzimmer haben zwei Schlafräume (jeweils mit großen Fernseher), sowie Doppelbetten. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr modern. Die Wlan-Verbindung ist jederzeit stabil, so dass alle Apps über Fernseher problemlos laufen (inkl. YouTube oder Netflix).

Ein kleines, modernes und stilvolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage am Gardasee. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet, modern und verfügen über große Balkone. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eignet sich ideal zur Erkundung des Gardasees.

We had high expectations when booking Hotel Arya by Mauro for a 7-night stay (27/07/2025 – 03/08/2025), especially as it was for a special occasion – my girlfriend’s mum’s wedding. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Despite booking a Premium Room with a Queen Bed, Balcony, and Garden View through Expedia, we were given a Classic Double Room instead a significant downgrade. To make matters worse, we were still charged €500 more than the cost of the room we were actually given. This room discrepancy caused huge distress, particularly to my girlfriend who suffers from anxiety. The smaller room did not provide enough space for her to get ready for the wedding, adding unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyful time. She struggled with this for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to resolve the issue both with the hotel and through the booking platform, but were met with a complete lack of empathy and no resolution. Repeated attempts were brushed off, which only added to our frustration. To add insult to injury, the room itself was not in good condition. There was visible mould under the window sills, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the walls were dusty, which triggered allergic reactions. This is not the standard we expected from a hotel of this calibre. The lack of accountability, poor room conditions, and failure to provide what we paid for have left us feeling completely let down. We will not be returning

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das freundliche und offenherzige Personal hat uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts aufmerksam betreut. Die modernen, sauberen und gepflegten Zimmer boten uns allen Komfort, den wir uns wünschen konnten. Trotz der zentralen Lage, von der aus das Stadtzentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist, liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sodass wir nachts ungestört schlafen konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das umfangreiche Frühstücksangebot, das keine Wünsche offenließ – frisch, vielfältig und lecker. Darüber hinaus stand den Gästen jederzeit kostenloser Kaffee zur Verfügung, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt am Haus waren ein großer Pluspunkt und machten die Anreise besonders unkompliziert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und werden dieses Hotel bei Gelegenheit sehr gern wieder besuchen.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden das Personal war sehr nett ,es waren genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und es war sehr sauber Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Wir würden das Hotel sofort weiterentfehlen.

Litet mysigt hotell! Stort nyrenoverat rum med ac. Fräsch toalett, luktade lite avlopp men ingen fara. God frukost! Wifi va lite dåligt, funkade så där.
