close to Gallarate station and usuful room is spacious and equipment was good stayed in half part of connection rooms and could not been cmpletely relaxed because of noise through the connection door if refrigerator were there, better

駅から少し遠い。早朝無料シャトルバスを空港まで出してくれる。

６０代女性３人組の旅行でトリプル１室で予約しました(ネット上では４名まで可となっていた部屋タイプです) が、チェックイン時に、部屋が狭いのでシングルルームｘ３部屋にするか、シングルルームｘ１室とツインルームｘ１室にするか、選んでくれといきなり言われました。 ３名１室で予約したと申し出ても、狭いから３台ベッドは入らない、とのこと。 仕方ないので２室に分かれました。英語もイタリア語も話せないのでシングルステイは不安でしたし、 申し訳なさそうにするでもなく狭いんだから仕方ないでしょ、という雰囲気の説明にがっかりしました。(ちなみに追加代金などはかかりませんでした) バスタブの無い部屋で、シャワールームのみでした。 部屋は清潔でした。 周辺の環境は、近くにカフェやジェラート屋さんもあり、ガララテの駅までも徒歩で５～１０分で行けたので良かったと思います。

シャワーについて　　五泊したが、お湯がぬるく寒い思いをしたので、後半はシャワーを使わなかった。後は良かったのに残念。

Good hotel, in the city center, closed to train station (walking distance) and Milan Malpensa Airport.

The AC system had not been activated for the building and ir was 33c in the room all week other rooms were in the 28-32c range.When i asked, they said just open the window and sleep with it open. That was not helpful and the constant ambulances running in front the building left me exhausted.

The AC during our stay from May 25-30th didn't work. The manager told us to just open up the windows. The problem with that is, you constantly get woken up by ambulances and other emergency vehicles. We had 5 rooms booked with our group and all had that issue. Our rooms stayed around 80-90 degrees at all times other than in the morning. The ladies in our group stated it was nearly impossible to shave their legs due to the very tiny showers. The breakfast buffet was tasty, but 10 euros each day. Also bottled water is available from the bar, but they never mentioned it was 5 Euros per bottle!

Ho famiglia in questa cittadina, soggiorno sempre qui. Sono molto gentili. Tutto pulito e tutto funzionante. In centro con buon ristoranti e bar vicinissimi.

It is comfortable for business trip and central small causey. But breakfast needs to upgrade very very basic coffe is v good

Short and sweet

It was okay but our power kept going off. Hotel service was great very friendly and accomodation. The room was clean.

They were very friendly and extremely helpful. The neighborhood lacks in sightseeing but conveniently located near MXP. It's a slightly worn hotel, but comfortable. I was there a short time for a layover so it met my objectives. If this what you are looking for it will be great.

Zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man ist dennoch sehr bemüht

very small room, two single beds with 20" between them... the bathroom was nicer than the room... and very far from any airport (closest, Malpensa was 35 minutes away)...

The hotel is in the center of Gallarate, right in the middle of shops and restaurants (one is across the street - good pizza). Staff was really great - we were there for my parents' 60th anniversary and birth of my granddaughter - my American son lives there - and they went and got flowers and a basket of fruit for my folks. Rooms are nice...probably small by American standards, but we were all happy. Breakfast is good - bacon and eggs with all other "continental" things. They have a shuttle service to Malpensa. I'd really recommend the hotel if you want a last/first night in Italy before you are leaving/arriving in/from Malpensa. It is not an impersonal airport hotel, and the town is pretty (there is even a very old church - think from 1000 AD), plus lots of shops and restaurants.

very nice and super service,breakfast is ok but could been littel more variations,only italian tv :( wifi and safe in room and clean rooms,good space for clothes,very good cleaning personel did a nice job. hotel is very sentral to most in the city and alot resturant in walking distance(1-5 minuts)profesional swiming pool 100 meter from hotel. reseptions give good advice of good resturants,they also pick up and return u to airport ,just make a agreemnt with them first.i will use same hotel whne i am back in gallarate next time

Only problem was room smelt of smoke and the decor was a bit dated
