Best kept secret in Mestre. Will go back for sure.

Location is close the the bus and tram stops. Close to cafes. Not sure of other rooms but it was tiny. A/C shutt off by itself sometime in the night and was sweating d/t it being warm inside the room.

Don't waste your money on this hotel. Mestre isn't the ideal location when travelling to Venice, which I found out the hard way. The hotel location isn't great. Far walk from any station. The hotel (hostelaria) is small and not well maintained. Stepping in, the front desk staff was rude and seemed in a bad mood (there were two staff, a male and a female. The male one was very helpful and pleasant. The woman was the total opposite). The room was extremely small, which did not match the pictures on Expedia. We don't really mind small rooms as we are active walkers and come back for shower and sleep, but still. The breakfast is a sorry excuse for food. Not even a toaster to warm the bread. Very limited options. The worst thing by far. My family and I only travel with carry-ons and we rely on hotels with laundry to keep going. This hotel shows on Expedia and "laundry" as one of the hotel features. Not only they don't have a self-serve laundry room but there is NO LAUNDRY AT ALL. The closest one is a good 15-minute walk from the hotel and isn't related to it in any way. Truly disappointing. Waste of money.

Excellent location, good breakfast choice in the hotel, clean, well kept. 10 min walk to the bus and tram station. The owners of the hotel are very helpful with any questions you have about the city. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

Had a great 3 night stay at this property! It is located in Mestre. There is front desk staff at this hotel 24/7 which is helpful for late check-in. There is a standard rate of €35 taxi fee from the airport to this property. Staff was friendly, and you can purchase bus tickets as well as water taxi tickets from the front desk. There’s also a vending machine in the hotel for water/ soda pop. Room was updated, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice wardrobe to hang clothes as well as a safe and refrigerator. There is an elevator on main floor. There was however noise from rooms beside us, walls might be a bit thin. The area is safe, there are a few nice cafés/ convenience store and shops close by. It is also close to public transportation and very easy to get to Venice. I did not have their breakfast, so I cannot comment. Breakfast is a buffet style that is approximately €10 pp. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel!

The property is generally good, but the amenities are less than I expected. There was no water kettle in the hotel room, and the room was a bit smaller than I anticipated. The staff, however, are very friendly.

The rooms are spotless, well located and the manager was very accommodating and friendly! Rooms have all new furniture, bedding etc. Highly recommend!

A lovely little hotel. In a great loction. Staff very friendly & ever so helpful. Bonus. You can buy tram & boat tickets at reception 2 mins walk to town, with restaurants & shops.

Vi var meget godt fornøyde med oppholdet vårt på 6.dager. God service, hyggelige verter, god frokost og kort avstand til trikker og busser inn til Venezia. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!😊

We've stayed at this hotel three times now. Modern rooms, with air-con and modern furniture. Good choice of food at the buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful. Moreover, the hotel is very convenient for all the bars and restaurants of Mestre. The hotel is only a 2-3 minute walk from Piazzale Cialdini, from where you can catch various buses, but also the trams which run to Venice, or down to Marghera via Mestre railway station. To Venice takes about 20 mins on the tram, and about 10 minutes to Mestre railway station. From the station, you can catch trains to loads of interesting destinations: Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, Ferrara and Padua, to name just a few.

Great location and with needed amenities. Bus stop near by, train and tram devices close by as well. Hotel had good breakfast and staff very friendly.
