自然の中にあって、静かでゆっくり過ごせて良かったです。

スキー客を主眼にしたホテルだが、周辺の山々が雄大で、ハイキング等にも最高の環境に有るホテルです。ただ、クールマイヨール等へ足を延ばすにはちょっと不便かもしれない。

Reception staff could have been more professional. Bar staff were excellent, nothing was an issue for them. We had no view from our room as the window was set at the top of the room. Had a look at the hotel layout, seems like our room was one of the smallest rooms. There was a metal beam which ran diagonally across the room - not ideal for tall guests. No TV and receptionist was unable to fix this. Breakfast area was cramped, with a queue waiting for coffee from a machine. Breakfast was continental style and there was plenty on offer. I have stayed here before and despite the cramped breakfast area, I enjoyed the stay. I now would think twice about staying here or at least request a room on first or second floors. Parking is available.

The property appearance was beautifully presented, the room was tastefully presented and clean but limited in space as was the bathroom. The restaurant had a limited menu and the food was disappointing with spicy ribs with no spice or sauce at all and raviolli which arrived as tortellini with little taste and when raised with staff they said their raviolli was different to the rest of the world which given they knew it would have been helpful to mention. The bar was closed in the afternoon which was disappointing.

PRICE GOUGING!!!! I was charged $300 for one person/one night for a room the size of a closet because there was only one room left. The next day -- the same room -- was $95!!!! The hotel is fine, but it is NOT a $300 a night hotel. Triple the price??? Crazy.

Personnel sympa et professionnel, très bon accueil. Confort à revoir : chambre « économique », certes, mais un matelas plus confortable aurait été bien venu, un peu de chauffage dans la salle de bain aussi, et une douche plus propre aussi (mais était ce possible vu son grand âge)

Notre chambre donnée sur un camping alors qu'on voulait une chambre avec un balcon face à la montagne.

Hotellet lå lige på vejen. Hyggeligt alpe hotel med venligt personale. Stort værelse med helt nyt badeværelse. Sengen var lidt hård til vores smag. Der var et kæmpe spindelvæv i loftet. Ellers var det rent og godt.

Très bel hôtel, chambre calme et confortable. La cuisine du restaurant de l'hôtel, offrant des spécialitées locales , était excellente. Bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet établissement.

Perfectly located family hotel and restaurant for soo many adventures in the Aosta valley. Our family really enjoed both dinner and accommodations

Zeer druk-te weing parkeerplaatsen-meeste personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam- ontbijt redelijk goed-diner matig, voor en nagerecht was uitstekend, hoofdgerecht matig-zeer kleine badkamer en de bedden waren een drama, leek wel of je op golfplaten lag en hebben derhalve 2 nachten beroerd geslapen.

Beautiful place in the Alps. Very nice accommodations. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We stayed for 3 days and had a wonderful and memorable time.

Struttura buona e soddisfacente con spazi adeguati e puliti. Colazione ottima come la ristorazione serale.

Excellents séjours Merci pour votre accueil

Ero con mia figlia per un paio di giorni di tavola a Crevacol, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima la soluzione del pagamento la sera prima della partenza, consente di lasciare la struttura quando più fa comodo, non prima di aver apprezzato la colazione varia e di qualità. Camera e bagno molto puliti, personale gentilissimo.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite expedia e le foto per la nostra camera non corrispondono a quelle viste sul sito. Sul sito compare come junior suite ma in realtà si tratta di una matrimoniale doppia. La camera ci è stata anche assegnata dicendoci che c'era un upgrade rispetto a quella prenotata e la cosa ci ha un po' confuso. Da quanto ho capito l'ambiente è stato ristrutturato ma Expedia non ha aggiornato i listini. In camera c'era uno spiffero da sotto il balcone che abbiamo segnalato al check out. Abbiamo richiesto l'accensione del riscaldamento perché è centralizzato e in alcuni momenti un paio di gradi in più non guastavano. Altro piccolo particolare è stato trovare dei fazzolettini all'interno della tasca della culla usato probabilmente dalla famiglia precedente, anche questo segnalato al check out; inoltre la culla è stata pagata come extra di 10 euro nonostante avessimo segnalato durante la prenotazione che ci fosse un neonato ed il prezzo si era aggiustato di conseguenza. Molto carina la hall, gentile il personale e carino l'ambiente. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante ed abbiamo mangiato bene ed in un ambiente molto carino. C'è un menù del giorno a cui anche se non segnalato va aggiunto un extra peril coperto; le bevande non sono incluse. Ad ogni modo sia la cena sia la colazione sono di buon livello. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva, in tutta sincerità il concetto di extra utilizzato in questo albergo, per quanto per piccole cifre, ci ha un po' stupiti: la culla,
