Paola and Giuditta were the most helpful and kind staff at the hotel. Helping with every need. They even helped make an appointment for us. It was a wonderful time and we really appreciate the hospitality. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel - cannot fault the decor and cleanliness. Lovely staff. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds and room facilities. The pool was great for kids and although not part of the hotel it was around the corner and free to use. The breakfast was across the road in a bar and whilst it was nice there was not a menu to choose from as such but rather you ask for a pastry or two from the selection at the bar which for me is not really what I want from a hotel breakfast but others might be happy with this set up. It is a shame the immediate area outside the hotel was not as enticing as the hotel itself. The hotel was located on what can best be described as a semi industrial estate. Instead of being greated by the gorgeous Tuscan landscape we were greated by a carpark with a petrol station, and an array of random shops. If the hotel could be lifted and dropped into the Tuscan hills it would have been perfect. If you are looking for a hotel with easy access to the airport and surrounding cities and are not interested in the immediate area then I would recommend this hotel as it was wonderful.

, wonderful find and the true gem. we really were surprised too find a hotel like this at this price in such convenient area.we were greeted like celebrities and helped with the luggage. checkin was flawless even though it was in the late hours and it's a great deal for breakfast as well so it was truly a comfortable and memorable stay.

Quirky, comfortable hotel with ample parking approximately 25 minutes drive from Pisa airport. Staff were very welcoming and helpful at both check in and check out. Large balcony equipped with small bistro style table, two chairs and two deck chairs - a nice place to unwind.

The staff was very nice and we liked our room - even though the air conditioning wasn't great. The hotel itself is a bit shabby. But the biggest issue is that the pool is not a part of the hotel. It is a public city pool that hotel guests can use for free - with everyone else from the town. There is no wifi available at the pool at all. So the hotel claiming a pool and wifi at the hotel is misleading. The "included breakfast" is also misleading because you have to go to a coffee bar and present a ticket. You can have what they offer, but it is not a part of the hotel either. There two amazing restaurants, but one turns into a club at night. Basically there is house music blasting at the pool or from the coffee bar or from the club at all times. The club is open until 3 a.m. While it wasn't a terrible experience, it wasn't at all what we thought we were getting, and there were a lot of inconveniences.

Le personnel de l'hotel est tres sympathique et professionnel, mais l'hotel, situé sur un parking de zone commerciale, a sérieusement besoin d'un coup de neuf ! Quand au petit déjeuner qui se prend dans un bar en dehors de l'hotel c'est vraiment pas le top, tant au niveau de la qualité qu'au niveau du service et de l'emplacement !

The hotel is set in a little area with a community pool and restaurants and the location doesn't seem like it would be nice, but it was fantastic! Just note that the pool does have opening and closing hours, so it's not open past 19:00, which was a disappointment after a long and hot day. But the restaurant that is close to the hotel was amazing, the hotel was clean and had great service.

Hotel a 20 minuti di auto da Pisa. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Stanza pulita e confortevole. In loco è disponibile un parcheggio, la piscina, bar e ristoranti.

Un accueil magnifique par une jeune fille adorable à l'écoute du moindre de nos besoins. Les chambres sont agréables et assez spacieuse. Très beau séjour pour moi et ma famille

the hotel is placed a bit outside any town but it is a great place with 3 restaurants and a nice swimming pool area behind.

La mia esperienza all'Hotel Boccaccio, ovvero un Hotel 4 stelle è per ciò che concerne il servizio positiva, le persone che vi lavorano sono cortesi e professionali, la pulizia anche di buon livello, unica pecca è che eravamo in 2 e ci è stata assegnata una camera per una persona, pertanto con spazi totalmente insufficienti, non c'erano piani di appoggio di alcun tipo e anche l'armadietto che aveva 2 ante ed era già piccolo di suo, per una parte, era dedicato al frigobar, ergo, rimaneva solo un anta di un armadietto per 2 persone, la stanza ripeto molto piccola anche per una persona sola. Posso capire che gli hotel sono stati molto colpiti dal Covid, ma dare una camera per una persona e già piccola di suo, a due persone, mi è parsa una forzatura improponibile. A dimostrazione di ciò che dico il giorno prima della partenza, la direttrice, molto cortesemente ma tardivamente ci ha proposto di cambiarla per una notte sola, si vede che sapeva di averci dato una cameretta. Altro appunto, l'aria condizionata dovrebbe funzionare con la card inserita e non con la card disinserita, e questo per circa 11 notti. Saluti

I liked the choice of materials of the room and the friendliness of the staff, which was very attentive. The pool was the big attraction for me and did not disappoint.

Very enjoyable sojourn. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms spacious and very clean. Booked at the the last minute. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Very good restaurants right beside the hotel - Tabasco restaurant right beside us exceptional also. Really worth a visit - fantastic food and service to match. Olympic-sized pool beside the hotel (free for guests) is also a huge asset.

Siisti ja sisustukseltaan upea hotelli. Erittäin ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta vastaanotossa. Sijainti sopi omiin kuvioihin kun autolla matkustaa . Hotellilla oma uima-allas ja aamiaisen saa syödä viereisessä kahvilassa. Tarjolla kahvia teetä ja erinlaisia suolaisia ja makeita kahvila tuotteita. Tuorepuristettua mehua sai myös kun pyysi . Hotellin vieressä ainoa ravintola Amerikan craffiti . Kohtuu edulliset hinnat ja Amerikan mallin menu.
