Lovely hotel very good staff

Hôtel et restaurant bien entretenus et agréables. Personnel très compétent.

Check in very fast, very good service. Room with fantastic terrasse and view. Free parking and breakfast. Food in restaurant below hotel was a waste of money.

Personnel serviable, douche vieillotte mais propre. Chambre bruyante, on entendait les gens de la chambre au dessus de la notre matin et soir. Les photos de la piscine portent à confusion. Effectivement il s’agit de la piscine municipale et non celle de l’hôtel. Grande déception mais il nous était impossible d’annuler sans perdre une somme conséquente.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See, Zimmer war neu renoviert (Doppel-Superior m. Seeblick) mit guter Größe und großer Terrasse zum See. Alle waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war leider relativ lieblos präsentiert aber es war trotzdem eine gute Auswahl, hier könnte man mit etwas mehr Herzlichkeit bei der Präsentation ein wesentlich besseres Gefühl schaffen. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und der Pool ist widererwartend nicht Bestandteil des Hotel sondern gehört zum Nachbarn. Diesen darf man für 3€/Person/Tag mitbenutzen (allerdings nur mit Badehaube und das war für uns keine Option) Fazit: Nettes Hotel in schöner Lage mit Verbesserungspotential im Detail, für einen Kurztrip eine gute Alternative.

We searched on hotels.com filtering out only hotels with a pool and this hotel is saying that they have one but they do not! We were very disappointed to find out that the pool they have in their marketing belong to the camping nearby and that we have to pay extra to use it! False marketing! And when asking the staff, we did not get any good reply. The room seemed a bit dated but is was clean. They used so much chlorine to clean that it smelled superstrong in hallway and room. Our room was not in the main building so perhaps they are more modern. The extra bed was quite short and not long enough for our 16 year old son. The breakfast was ok, not more. Location by the water was nice but very rocky possibilities to take a bath from there and the bottom was muddy. We took the car to get to a reasonable beach. Take the car to the port, there are a lot of restaurants there and nice to walk around.

Hotel Campanello treats you like family and this is extremely rare for properties anywhere in the world. The team are so unbelievably organised, caring, knowledgeable, hardworking, kind and focused on maximising the best experience for their guests. This extends from their lovely housekeeping staff through to their truly amazing reception team. We were blown away by the ways they showed they cared - from finding the best theme parks deal and booking the tickets (you only needed to mention this once), to helping you with any taxi bookings (it was so accurate and on-time thanks to them), random requests (a phone charging cable for an old phone was made available to me after I asked before I arrived - it was ready for me!) and just dedicated, friendly customer service. Plus, the included breakfast was very very good and has excellent variety. The location is great - walking distance to the very big Famila supermarket, Gardaland (easy walk), 15min taxi to Movieland, and of course, the lake is right outside. Plenty of free parking and bikes/scooters can also be hired on site. Everything you need is here at the property. We were truly sad to check out - it felt like leaving home. We don't know how this hardworking team does it, but everyone knows the guests and their needs and communicate with each other - it is something very unique and businesses all over the world should learn from their ways. Es war wunderbar. Direkt am See. Tolles Frühstück sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Würde sofort wieder buchen

Nettes personal, Frühstücksbuffet supper. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Seeblick und große Balkon. Alles sehr sauber. Zentrum Peschiera ist in 20 min. zufuss zu erreichen. Schöne Seepromenade.

Het hotel ligt schitterend aan het meer, op zo'n 30 minuten loopafstand van het centrum van Peschiera.

Seesicht und der nahe Badeplatz. Zudem kann man zum Gardaland laufen.

Hotel in ottima posizione davanti al lago con ampio parcheggio. Ottima l'accoglienza e la pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni. Buona la colazione, c'è anche un ristorante con vista sul lago. Si può raggiungere Peschiera a piedi comodamente camminando sul lungolago.

Posizione favolosa e personale gentilissimo

Ich kam recht spät am Nachmittag an und hatte das Hotel von unterwegs, ca eine Std. vorher gebucht! Man erwartete mich bereits und auf Nachfrage ob ich um eine Nacht kurzfristig verlängern könnte wurde auch dies sofort in die Wege geleitet! Mein Motorrad hat einen kleinen Platz in der Hotel Privat Garage bekommen, was super war! Die Dame an der Rezeption half mir meine Gepäckteile aufs Zimmer zu bringen und auch sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich!
