とても快適だったが、ローマの中心地から少し遠かったのが不便だった。

Het was absoluut geen vier sterren hotel😞

The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the Capanelle Station. Its one stop away from Termini on the regional train, about 8-10 minutes away. Pretty good restaurant on property. I ate there almost every night. Would repeat.

Clean quite room, front staff were great and the restaurant bar was very good

Lights in room not fixed immediately. Ladies at reception were quite nice. Food took a while and pool area didn’t have open seating.

The room was very clean. Pool area was well look after. The water in the pool was clean and warm (July) The internet is not working from our room. Only work downstairs. The area was pretty much in the middle of nowhere. We were struggling to find a restaurant within walking distance. Also we can hear people talking from outside our room. It was so bad that it’s interrupted our sleep. Supermarket at 5min walking 8/20.30. 35min to city center ( 551/118 and Metro ). A/C was good but windows closed. Breakfast to simple for 10€.

Pasamos solo una noche porque asistimos a un concierto que se celebraba cerca. El hotel me resultó funcional, estaba bien para lo que lo necesitábamos. La habitación era bastante grande (ojo, moqueta), el aire acondicionado funcionaba, el baño era correcto con sus amenities, el desayuno estaba bien (solo fue 1 día, no sé si siempre será el mismo desayuno, pero fue bastante completo). La chica de recepción que nos recibió fue muy amable (nos habló rápidamente en nuestro idioma, cuando escuchó nuestro inglés amateur, jeje). En resumen, para una corta estancia vale la pena.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room itself was in unacceptable condition: the surfaces were dusty, the furniture was old, worn, and in some cases damaged, and several plug sockets were loose, which felt unsafe. The bathroom was no better — clearly outdated, and the basin took an age to drain, making basic use frustrating. The facilities didn’t redeem the experience either. The swimming pool was far smaller than advertised and, shockingly, full of hair at the bottom. The service was equally poor. The front desk staff were rude, inefficient, and completely unhelpful when I raised concerns. At no point did I feel welcomed or supported as a guest. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Given the condition of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, and the unprofessional staff, I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it.

We stayed here for a gig at Rock in Roma. It’s out of central Rome but perfect for the gig and why we chose it. The pool is very much a bonus to cool down too. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. Thank you

Camera spaziosa e ben arredata personale gentile. Unica pecca riscaldamento troppo alto al punto da dover aprire le finestre di notte per poter dormire fortunatamente la zona è silenziosa

Appena arrivati in camera un caldo atroce però dopo solo 20 min è arrivata a temperatura desiderata

Close enough to Ciampino airport for a one night stay before travelling on The poor star review though was for the repeated, intermittent buzzing noise coming from the room. It was loud and disturbing. There was an electricity breaker box in the room so probably came from that Disturbed nights sleep Breakfast choices were ok however hadn’t been replenished and wasn’t for the whole time we were there so wasn’t the best. No juices either Beds were comfortable however and service was good A decent hotel, let down by lacking breakfast and incredibly disturbed sleep

The hotel is in a run down area, far out from the city center. Staff are polite but lack enthusiasm. The breakfast is cold and basic. What's supposed to be hot food is lukewarm, pots kept warm by a glow candle underneath. Dinner service is OK,the staff lack enthusiasm here as well,managed by some little man manager called Evil. He walks around with alcohol in hand, in a poor quality 'suit' with no regard to the team or guests. He is what lets the place down. If anyone ever needs to have dinner, I recommend the corner shop up the road,the hotel will provide hot water for your pot noodle. Alot better than the cold pasta and chunky chips they serve. House keeping is the one area that is excellent. The house keeping staff and manager are polite and thorough. The place is cheap for a reason. Evil the manager needs to remember he is there to serve customers not drown in free alcohol.
