Schöne und zentrale Lage auf der Halbinsel. Frühstückt sehr lecker und frisch. Leider aufgrund der fehlenden Lüftung in der Dusche etwas muffig.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicola. Check in was seemless. Location was superb! Right outside our door was breakfast every morning and all the shops. He made dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. He arranged a car to take us to a vineyard in Verona, which was wonderful! Tanina helped us plan every day with her knowledge of the area. Ferry right by the hotel took us to any lake town. Tanina even arranged for a car upon check out to take us to the train station. We appreciated all the help with our stay. We would definitely return!

Staff was helpful , parking is free with transportation available but the area overall is a very touristy area. I was supposed to booked on the other side of the lake, which supposed to be more quiet,, but I didn’t know.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not sure where to start! The staff (in particular Tanina) couldn’t have done more for us. We arrived in Italy during a nationwide travel strike which put everybody attempting to travel in confusion so I messaged Tanina for advice. She was in constant contact for hours where I was trying to get to the hotel from the airport, offering lots of different solutions. Once at Descenzano train station, she organised a car to pick us up. We were then met by a member of the hotel staff by the beautiful castle (on entering Sirmione) and escorted to our hotel. The hotel is small but modern, sleek and nicely decorated. It’s in the perfect location, a walk away from everything you’ll want to see in the town. The port is a 2 minute walk and the hotels restaurant, where you’ll get breakfast, is a minute walk away. The breakfast was very tasty, coffee and orange juice on tap and quick service. Tanina shared her advice on what to do in the local area, Milan and Verona when we asked. She was very informative and always friendly whenever we spoke to her. She arranged an unforgettable meal at a local restaurant for me and my wife on our anniversary and it was incredible! She made our stay even better than it would have been, I must say it’s one of the nicest places I have ever been and we go away multiple times a year, to different destinations. That said, I would happily stay at this hotel again. Thank you all for a great trip

Breakfast was outstanding

The staff were super friendly and accommodating before our trip and during. At check-in, they gave us a lot of information about what to do around Sirmione, and even helped with reservations. They greeted us every time we existed and left the room. The room was super clean and was provided eco-friendly items. We were even given a souvenir tote bag as a gift.

A equipe atendeu muito bem, o quarto estava bem limpo e com amenidades, bem confortável. O melhor é a localização, poucos passos do Castelo, do lago e de restaurantes, cafeterias, gelaterias, etcc..

Nice place with wonderful staff and yummy breakfast!

This property is in an excellent location right in the center of the historic part of Sirmione. You walk everywhere and it beautiful every way you look. The rooms are modern, comfortable and very clean. The best part of the hotel is the front desk staff. They were all wonderful and Tanina was a stand out! She loves making people feel welcome and gave us wonderful suggestions on places to see and dine. All her suggestions were spot on and she even gave us printouts of maps and directions. The included breakfast right next door to the hotel was very good. The staff greeted us every morning like we’ve been coming there for years. Overall a great stay and we hope to come back soon!

Fomos muito bem recebidos no hotel, bem localizado, conseguimos estacionar o carro fácil pelas indicações do próprio hotel. O café da manhã muito bom, gostamos de tudo. Estava tudo limpo... só o travesseiro poderia ser um pouco mais macio... fora isso, tudo estava ótimo.

Fabulous experience; the staff is so warm and welcoming, incredibly helpful. Great location and excellent (!!!) breakfast. Wonderful Michelin star restaurant as well. Would highly recommend this hotel! Worth all the dive star ratings it receives.
