Un bon moment dans un cadre atypique

Hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Restaurant très pratique et très bon! Rues étroites donc parking bien pratique, surtout avec une voiture de location. Seul bémol lorsque les voisins sont un peu bruyants.

Amazing location and history. Clean comfortable. Great food. Very warm staff. Just a totally great experience!

Very friendly as check-in. We speak little scilian and the staff were so kind and patient as we tried to communicate. Most of them even tried to speak English to help with the language barrier. The property is beautiful. It was a real life castle. Slightly out dated but no a big deal at all. There was free parking. Which was a plus as the town was very busy. The views were amazing and the food was delicious.

Nice hotel, easy to find from the airport. They were very accomodating. Very nice restaurant. Easy parking. We had a very good stay there.

We truly had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautifully maintained property and the unique castle-style design, which gives the entire place a fairytale charm. The rooms and common areas were spotless, reflecting the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. One of the absolute highlights was the on-site restaurant — the food was top-notch, with every dish beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. Paired with a spectacular view, dining here was a memorable experience we won’t soon forget.

Le cadre, le château et la restauration est vraiment bien. Pour les chambres, les lits sont bien mais la salle de bain est très moyenne (douche coule mal avec des soucis d'eau chaude, le lavabo coulait étrangement également).

A very interesting and unusual hotel but in a town which could use a tidy up.

We checked into the hotel and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Our room was on the 2nd floor and my husband has mobility issues. There was no elevator and the handrail had places were the metal is broken which made it unsafe. We get into our room and the bathroom in our room has NO TOILET SEAT! We informed the hotel we were checking out early and wanted a box breakfast if possible. They said they would look into it but never got back to us. When we left the next morning, nobody was around and everything was locked up. Needless to say there was no breakfast. The town where the hotel is located is a very small town with very narrow roads. The navigation app would fall behind and resulted in difficulty getting out of town at 5:30 am when it was still dark.

We only stayed for one night and would probably not stay again. Rather dated and was very noisy all night long.

Cables sueltos con corriente empalmados sin seguridad . La antena de la TV con los cables pelados . La ducha no te puedes ni mover , la nevera no enfríaba . La cerradura de la puerta una odisea para abrirla y cerrarla.

It was good to stay outside of Palermo and the town had the usual amenities. The staff were its asset and the restaurant was excellent we had two amazing evening meals whist staying at the hotel. The shower in the room needs to be updated.

Välskött hotell med utsikt över Siciliansk småstadsmiljö och berg. Det ligger relativt nära Palermos flygplats. Fri parkering på borggård(!) Det är branta trappor och hiss saknas. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

The staff is friendly, very helpful, and efficient. I he room and room service was excellent. The continental breakfast was excellent! And thee food in their restaurant was delicious!! I will stay there again!!

Prachtig gelegen hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heel gastvrije ontvangst.
