綺麗で清潔、フロントのスタッフに優しさがある点がいい。 一方で、朝食は美味しいがスタッフの印象が良くなかった。完全なビュッフェではなく、一部をオーダーする必要があるが、何とも面倒くさそうである。 場所的にはテルミニ駅から2km、バチカン市国からも2kmと、近いけど歩くには遠いと感じた。 また、なぜか部屋にゴミ箱がない。

Interior was amazing and each furnitures were pretty. Clean enough inside the room and amenities were great. Will come back again for sure when I visit Rome. Location is also nice, you can walk around Pantheon, Navona and Colosseum. Famous cafe bars are near around too.

Wonderful Staff and Service! Beautiful and Modern Decor!

Nice location, comfortable room ( I paid for an upgrade) friendly, good service. Had a really good meal in restaurant one night. Did not like being charged €50 a day for two beach chairs - after paying for the most expensive room available, felt that should be s given.

We loved our stay at Hotel Chapter Roma! The hotel has such a cool, modern vibe, but what truly made it special was the amazing team. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone — from the front desk to the concierge — was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Gianmarco, who was at the desk both when we checked in and when we checked out. On our first day, after a long tour of the Colosseum, I took a spill on the sidewalk and hyperextended my fingers. Gianmarco immediately got me a bag of ice and pointed me in the direction of a nearby pharmacy for some pain releif. He even checked in on me a bit later to see how I was doing. His kindness and attentiveness turned a rough moment into a much more manageable one, and we were so grateful for his genuine care. The hotel location is perfect, just a short walk to Trastevere, our favorite part of Rome for its excellent cafés, shops, and restaurants. We can’t recommend Hotel Chapter Roma highly enough and will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit the Eternal City.

Excellent staff. Always helpful and willing to extend the helping hand. The rooftop bar was fantastic.

Loved our stay and the staff were very friendly and kind. The room was spacious and the shower pressure is something I’ll miss. The front desk gave us tips for what to do in Rome and were always willing to help! The bar area was also nice, and we received a glass of prosecco to our room on the house and a free welcome drink!

The hotel was good and in a walkable location. The shower would vibrate often when turned on and it started to overflow at one point but we were able to unclog it. We could hear the street noise even on the 4th floor. The breakfast that was included was nice.

Amazing experience. Would definately stay here again.

Staff were incredibly friendly, almost all tourist attractions are within a 25 minute walk. I travelled solos and it’s a great spot to explore Rome from.

The location of this hotel was excellent, the room itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming however for the price we paid, we expected something a bit more high-end; so for us, it wasn’t good value for money. The communal areas and bars within the hotel didn’t live up to the photos and the room layout was a little strange in the sense that the shower was separate from the bathroom which made getting ready a bit inconvenient. Our airline cancelled our original flight which meant we lost out on the first night’s accommodation. Completely respect the hotel’s cancellation policy in that we were not entitled to a refund for this night, however we thought the hotel might at least offer one free drink/coffee each as a courtesy, they didn’t offer anything.

Nice hotel. Well located if you want to be netween the main attractions yet close to Trastevere

We had such a great time staying at Hotel Chapter Roma! The staff were absolute rockstars, super helpful and lightning-fast with their responses. The location was perfect for wandering around the city and soaking up all the vibes. Plus, their restaurant recommendations were spot on! The only tiny hiccup was the building itself since it’s a charming old heritage spot and the soundproofing between rooms and floors wasn’t quite perfect. But no worries! I asked to switch rooms and the front desk team jumped on it immediately, hooking me up with a much better room. Big thanks to them for that! All in all, I would totally recommend this place to my friends and can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip. Chapter Roma, you rock! 🎉

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I was impressed by the comfort of the room and it was a very walkable location to the colosseum and lots of transit options close by for other sights if you aren’t a big walker. I would definitely recommend.
