メインポイントから約一時間と遠くホテル周辺にはほとんど何もない。

Hôtel très vétuste, devait être au top dans les années 80. Comme souvent en Italie, insonorisation médiocre. Je ne suis pas monté à la piscine donc pas d’avis. Petit déjeuner correct, restaurant conforme à l’hôtel, pas terrible.

Assolutamente pessimo. Arrivati in hotel non ci è stata consegnato la camera NONOSTANTE AVESSIMO PAGATO UN MESE PRIMA E LA CONFERMA SIA ARRIVATA VIA EMAIL, poiché le camere non erano disponibili. La signora della reception ha esordito dicendo “è arrivata tardi”. Inoltre non siamo stati contattati in tempo, ma abbiamo saputo il tutto arrivati in struttura. Questa sventura ha creato non poco disagio, in quanto organizzati in gruppo e solo noi non abbiamo potuto alloggiare. STRUTTURA ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATA! LA SIGNORA RESPONSABILE DELLA RECEPTION NON HA NEANCHE CERCATO DI SCUSARSI ed è stata molto maleducata.

Sono un cliente Gold e alberghi ne vedo e frequento tanti ma questo è da evitare, fidatevi. Sporco, non ci hanno fatto nemmeno le camere e abbiamo pagato per 2 notti 190,00 € a coppia, un furto vero e proprio

L'hôtel est correct sans plus. Il faudrait un petit rafraîchissement pour éclaircir l'ensemble. L'hôtel est particulièrement sombre, ce qui lui donne une sensation d'austérité. L'eau de la piscine n'était pas très claire non plus. Dommage. Le personnel est plutôt agréable. Le seul hic étant l'attente au restaurant. En effet, le premier soir, il y avait un groupe d'une vingtaine de personne. Le responsable du service, nous a bien prévenu, en nous indiquant que nous ne serions pas servi avant 25 minutes. Pas de problème, nous acceptons. Par contre, après plus d'une heure, nous n'avions toujours rien devant nous... Nous n'avions commandé qu'un plat de pâte, des frites et une salade de tomate.... Rien de très compliqué à préparer.... Au final, nous n'avons plus mis les pieds au restaurant... Sinon, la salle de bain est petite, un bidet devant les toilettes rendait l'utilisation compliqué... La literie était plutôt bonne, enfin, à notre gout (matelas plutôt dur). Au niveau du prix, c'était correcte.

Preoccupati dall'aspetto esterno, ci siamo subito ricreduti. Hotel accogliente e gradevole. Facile da raggiungere e in una zona molto tranquilla. Personale disponibilissimo e cordiale. Camere spaziose e pulite. Unico neo i materassi singoli nel letto matrimoniale. Punto di forza e da tenere in considerazione la piscina sulla terrazza: non molto grande ma un "toccasano"!!! Consiglio vivamente.

Bigger hotel on the outskirts of Francavilla. Good value for money. I stayed in the single bed room which is quite small but enough for one night. The breakfast is basic but it will get you started for the day.

Albergo molto vetusto, assolutamente da rinnovare. Mobilia vecchia e scomoda, sedie rotte nel balcone, bagno da rifare, scomodissimo. Molto bassa la profondità della piscina sul terrazzo (95cm). Personale gentile. Ricca la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio.

Non male, ma andrebbero migliorate un po' di cose: i materassi lasciano a desiderare; il bagno non è molto funzionale; colazione non buonissima: pochissima scelta e qualità mediocre.

Sono stato con parenti in questo albergo già conosciuto altre volte. Sinceramente sembrava in disuso poichè si è aperto per noi. Nonostante l'impegno dei gestori è risultato di conseguenza freddo di notte anche con l'accensione in estremis dei condizionatori. Il resto è andato bene per un 3 stelle. A Francavilla non mi sembra ci siano alternative valide..

Ich hatte keine Luxuserwartungen, aber viele Bewertungen sprachen von einem guten, familiär geführten Hotel. Das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße, es war laut die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und der Kühlschrank war kaputt. Im Bad befanden sich Haare und Urinflecken des Vorgängers. Am ersten Tag gab es beim Frühstück lange Zeit weder Essen noch Teller oder Tassen... sie brauchten 45min um es aufzufüllen und ließen sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Aber über all das hätte ich vielleicht noch hinweg gesehen. In der Mitte der Woche nahmen sie unser Zustellbett weg (auch noch ok) und schmissen die sich auf dem Bett befindlichen Sachen einfach in die nächste Ecke (hätte man schöner lösen können). Darüber hinaus nahmen sie UNSERE Matratze mit und ersetzten sie mit einer 80cm kleineneren und sehr alten Matratze, aus der sich Sprungfedern und Dellen nach oben bogen und auf der es unmöglich war zu schlafen!!! Meine Beschwerde ging ins Leere, da die Frau an der Rezeption kein Englisch sprach. Und auch als jemand übersetze gab es kein Bemühen / keine Entschuldigung. Am nächsten morgen war es ähnlich und völlig gerädert verlangte ich mit jemand höherem zu sprechen. Daraufhin holte sie die Putzfrau :D Obwohl sie mich auch nicht mehr verstand war sie dennoch deutlich freundlicher. Unser Matratze wurde durch eine noch kleinere, aber jüngere Matratze ersetzt (wir waren 2 Frauen, kein Paar). Trotzdem arrangierten wir uns...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend ad agosto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente in quanto il personale è stato cortese e tutto era esattamente come descritto sul sito, senza sorprese. Le camere erano spaziose pulite e funzionali, il cibo a cena ottimo e la colazione italiana e americana (consiglierei all'hotel di abolire la macchinetta a favore delle bevande calde in termos e di aggiungere qualche altro dolce oltre i croissant, come muffin o torte, ma resta comunque una colazione soddisfacente). Consiglio l'hotel per la serietà, cortesia e per la vicinanza a luoghi di interesse culturale come le gole dell'alcantara, Giardini Naxos, taormina ecc. Tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare da loro in futuro.

Albergo sito in un paesino un po' desolato , struttura in linea con le stelle attribuite. Molto pulito , piscina piccola ma confortevole sita all'ultimo piano dello stabile. Ristorante dalle ottime ed abbondanti pietanze a prezzi contenuti . Ottimo il servizio .

The location of the hotel was not anywhere near where I thought I was going to be, overlooking the sea at Taormina. I knew beforehand that it was not right on the water, but I thought I would at least have a view of the ocean and that was not the case. The staff at the hotel, particularly the man on duty at the front desk, were very nice and tried their best to help me in whatever way possible, but there were certain things that made the hotel a disappointment. The toilet did not flush, the lighting system was hard to get the knack of, and to reach the hotel required a long drive (22 km from Taormina) on a winding narrow road which was difficult if you are unfamiliar with the area. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because it advertised "laundry facilities." I found I could only leave my laundry with the staff, and was charged fifteen euros to get it done.

Abbiamo dormito 9 notti nella pace , letto comodo , persone sempre disponibili e sorridenti . In camera TV con digitale , aria condizionata , pulizie giornaliere . Un ottimo affare tramite hotels.
