ホテル エスプラナーデ

リッチは非常に良く、シャワーの出もよいが、アメニティは充実していない。 レセプションの対応はイマイチ。機械が故障しているから、レシートが出ないことや、そもそもレセプションに人がいない。

このホテルのよさは海に近いという立地に尽きます。sea viewの部屋を予約しておいたのに、チェックイン時、隣のアパートに面した狭い部屋をあてがわれたので、すぐに変えてもらいました。広さも、海に面した部屋のほうがずっと広かったです。夜は海辺のガチャガチャした音楽がうるさく閉口しましたが…　 あとインターネットは全く通じませんでした。指定のパスワードを入れても受け付けられず。まあ携帯電話でネットは使えるので我慢しましたが…

立地としては、PSR空港から車で10分程度で、ビーチ沿いの好ロケーション。 レストランも徒歩圏内に、幾つか見つけることができました。 ホテルは、築年数が多く、清掃が行き届いていますが、古い感じは否めません。

Had a great stay at this unique hotel in Pescara

No coffee pot or hot water kettle, and no microwave. I was led to believe that the property was on the beach. I had a beach view, but it wasn't on the beach. There were two streets that separated me from the beach. They advertised a parking garage, but it was full, so I had to pay 2 Euros an hour to park on the street. I later moved the car to a free spot a couple blocks away. The neighborhood dumpsters were right under my window, and everyone kept dumping their bottles at all hours of the night. But it building was relatively clean, and the breakfast was decent. It even had eggs and bacon for the Americans.

The hotel has a fantastic view on the beach and the staff is very friendly but that´s it ! The room is horrible and old. Bed matress is bad. The bathroom is terrible. The Wifi does not work properly and ... the windows are not double glazing. It is impossible to sleep during the night you can hear everything down from the streets. To avoid !

Very nice stay

The property is in a great location, but very run down and dated. There is a lost opportunity as there is only breakfast offered as their restaurant is closed (same area as breakfast was served). There is no bar on the property. One of my traveling companions had a terrible experience with the cleanliness of his room, as well. My shower was leaking and flooded the bathroom during my stay.

Area fantastic

Beautiful property and extremely helpful staff.

Stayed at Esplanade a few times before and will never go back. They said they renovated, but the rooms are still outdated. The Mattress you feel the coils and everything is old. They just painted a little bit. They used to have a very nice breakfast, now it's all packaged food, not worthwhile. The TV doesn't even have CNN or BBC

We visit Pescara regularly and like the location but the hotel is tired and requires refurbishment. The staff are always friendly and helpful

Hotel in ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere e vicino ai punti di interesse della città, pulito unica pecca l’arredamento molto vecchio, discreta la colazione.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. However no hot water in room. Had to ask to get it sorted. Mattress very hard, difficult to sleep on. I also asked for a DND sign as none in room. Was told it would be delivered to room/ placed on door. Did not happen and so, I was awaken by housekeeper trying to get in. Very small shower cubicle. Overall a tired, dated look unsuitable for its purpose in the XXI century. The pluses its location and very friendly staff

The property is right across from the Adriatic sea, making it very convenient to go to the water. It is in a very good location with mini restaurants, restaurants and shopping around. The entire hotel had a slight smell. I think cleaning the carpets which are everywhere in the hotel would help immensely with that.

Struttura molto spaziosa, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Unica nota dolente la pulizia delle camere, purtroppo molto scarsa. La posizione è ottima: accesso al lungomare immediato, contestualmente alla vicinanza al centro città. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è interessante se confrontato con strutture simili.
