Todella hyvä palvelu, rauhallinen sijainti

This property has some very good assets. It also has some issues that need to be resolved. The location on the north end of Lake Como and the short distance to transportation to the rest of the lake is awesome. But we tried to get some information from the owner/manager on our first night and it turned into a fiasco. The manager got angry with me for asking simple questions. The rest of our stay seemed like a disaster because of it. I'm sorry it ended up like that, there was no need for it to go that way. I believe his attitude to me was very uncalled for. He treated my wife just fine, bizarre.

Besonders schönes, familiär geführtes Hotel, freundlicher Besitzer, tolles Essen (Hier kocht die Nonna täglich frisch!!!) , gute Lage, gerne wieder!

Excelente experiencia. Hotel muy limpio, bonito y bien equipado. La atención y amabilidad por parte de todo el personal y especialmente de Mattia y su familia ha sido inmejorable, preocupados en todo momento de que estuviéramos cómodos y no nos faltase de nada. La ubicación muy buena como base para explorar todas las zonas interesantes del lago Como. Precio económico para todo lo que ofrecen. Muy recomendable y volveremos sin duda.

L hôtel est tres bien situé avec une belle vue sur le lac Aucun problème de stationnement Très propre chambre et literie confortables et la cuisine familiale est très bonne Nous n avions même pas envie de manger a l extérieur le soir Une famille d une extrême gentillesse pleine d humour et toujours au petits soins Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel

Personnel tres accueillant. Comme nous etions en basse saison nous avons même etaient surclassé. La vue du restaurant est directement sur le lac, c'est tres agréable et les pates fraiches servies au restaurant de l'hôtel sont délicieuses. Une tres bonne adresse.

Sehr praktische Unterkunft. Super gastfreundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sehr charmanter Familienbetrieb. Auch zum Nachtessen ausgezeichnet, es gibt traditionelle italienische Gerichte vom Feinsten.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war perfekt. Man fühlt sich von Anfang sehr wohl. Sehr hilfsbereich in allem. Sehr familiär. Es gibt nichts negatives. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:)

This was a lovely family owned property and we found them very friendly and helpful. It was a great location with lakefront views. I recommend eating at the onsite restaurant as the food is home made and delicious. Negatives: No tea/coffee making in room, terrible towels and basic breakfast with no fruit provided

Hotellet ligger lige ud til søen i pragtfulde omgivelser - Det er ikke særlig stort men man får super fin service og de har en restaurant som laver udsøgt god mad.

A warm welcome on arrival, we were given a choice of rooms, all of which were acceptable. Parking is right outside the main entrance and the property sits 50 metres from the lake shore . We had use of the hotels bikes and you can have an easy cycle ride either way on designated cycle paths. The views from the restaurant are stunning and the area has some nice properties. There is a local bar across the road and a pizzeria close by among other outlets. We chose to eat in at night and mothers home cooking was excellent. Breakfast was also very well enjoyed.

Sehr liebevoll und gepflegtes Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Die Lage ist sehr gut auch für Biker 👍

Bellissima accoglienza, pulito e con un bel ristorante interno. Lago e monte Legnone a vista, ottima colazione.

Familjelivet hotell utanför turiststråken. Rent och snyggt. Mama Angelas pasta rekommenderas starkt!

Die Inhaber sprechen deutsch und sind sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Nach einem netten Empfang hatten wir Informationsmaterial vom Chef erhalten: Reiseführer und Kartenmaterial auf deutsch. Mit allen Fragen kann man sich an den Chef wenden, er nimmt sich stets für seine Gäste Zeit. Wir hatten neben dem guten Frühstück (auch hier werden Sonderwünsche gerne berücksichtigt) auch 2 x abends im Hotel gegessen. Die hausgemachte Pasta ist sehr lecker und auch der Fisch war sehr gut. Ganz klar eine Empfehlung. Sollten wir wieder an den Comer See fahren, werden wir gerne wieder das Hotel Europa buchen.

Excellent hotel, room very good, the place is beautiful with the lake and the mountains. The family owner of the hotel is very friendly. Breakfast is very good and dinner was great, with the pasta produced by the owner of the hotel.
