Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Cristoph was extremely kind and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for food and things to do in the area. My room has a balcony with breathtaking views of the snowcapped mountains. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Absolutely no complaints. A wonderful stay all round.

Soggiorno non usufruito causa malattia dell'ultimo momento. Termini per la cancellazione gratuita scaduti da un giorno e muro assoluto da parte dell'hotel per poterci venire incontro in qualche modo, con telefonata esplorativa il pomeriggio del check in per sapere se saremmo arrivati (camera da prenotare nuovamente nonostante fosse già pagata e teoricamente occupata?).

Hotel nahe Zentrum und doch schön ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend,,es gab auch Alternativen für Allergiker.

Das Hotel verfügt über moderne und alte Zimmer. Das ist auch aus den Bildern ersichtlich. Wir hätten das Pech, ein Zimmer mit uralter Einrichtung erhalten zu haben. Immerhin war das Bad neu, wenn auch nicht sehr praktisch. Dusche in der Badewanne mit zu kleiner Glaswand! Ich habe mich bei der Rezeption über die Zimmerausstattung erkundigt. Die Antwort war freundlich und es wurde ausgeführt, dass jedes Zimmer anders eingerichtet sei. Wenn wir uns sofort gemeldet hätten, wäre eine Umbuchung kein Problem gewesen. Also unbedingt auf ein modernes Zimmer pochen, wenn Sie keine Nostalgiker sind. Die Empfehlungen für die Esslokale waren ausgezeichnet. Die Fenster sind schalldicht, wenn man aber Luft braucht, ist es mit Schlafen ein Problem, da die Gegend sehr belebt ist. Bis weit in die Nacht gibts Gegröle der Nachtschwärmer und frühmorgens ist der Lärm der Abfallentsorgung heftig.

Sehr guter und freundlicher Service , waren in der Nacht angekommen und es war alles vorbereitet mit Parkplatz und den Zimmern... Danke... Frühstück war auch sehr gut, viel Auswahl und frisch zubereitete Eier... mit speck... Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit... Zimmer und Lage waren sehr gut...
