Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir erhielten sogar ein Upgrade. Hotel scheint gerade frisch renoviert worden zu sein - alles ist im besten Zustand. Raum für Parkplätze ist etwas begrenzt und die meisten sind nicht für große Fahrzeuge ausgelegt. Das Hotelgelände ist sehr schön gestaltet, eingebettet zwischen mediterranen Bäumen und liegt auf einer Anhöhe - das verschafft einen tollen Blick über die Bucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber - vor allem die Matratze war für mein Empfinden äußerst komfortabel. Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet alles, was man für einen Start in einen langen Tag benötigt. Sogar eine Live-Cooking Station für Eierspeisen wird angeboten. Die Lage vom Hotel ist auch ideal - 5min Fussweg entfernt ist der Anleger für die Fähren und auch die Promenade mit Restaurants ist nicht viel weiter weg. War ein echt entspannter Aufenthalt. Erstklassiges Hotel mit Blick auf den See, super freundliches Personal , sehr zu empfehlen. Mit Fahrrad Verleih und gutem Essen am Abend.

The staff are really friendly, on hand for all your needs. We were here on bed & breakfast, and found out they did free cake and coffee at 3pm which was a nice treat. Room and pool area was really clean. Beautiful views of the lake and really close to the restaurants. Looking forward to going back!!

This hotel is in an excellent location with the lake and the facilities of Garda town. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The choice of food each evening was excellent and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay there again if we returned to Lake Garda.

What a lovely hotel to stay in, we were really lucky to have side lake view rooms which had great views! The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are very helpful. The pool and area around are perfect! Bike hire for 5 euros was great and a ride to Bardolino is a must! Afternoon tea at 4 every day is a great added extra! We didn’t want to leave!

Nice hotel. Good location in the outskirts of the city. Had a room without view and very small 130, but at least very quiet. Nice pool area overlooking the lake. The restaurant is awful… the dinner the first night was the worst food I had on the entire trip. The breakfast. Under had ok variation but the quality (for example the bread, ham and cheese) was not good. I talked to some Italian friends of mine and they said: “never eat at hotel restaurants in Italy!” In all fairness I went to one of the restaurants in the harbour the next day and it wasn’t much better.

Great hotel . Staff all very friendly and helpful and hotel is in a great place with stunning views over the lake.

Close to the town, it was extremely clean, great food and the staff were lovely.

Very nice and very clean. Parking can be a real problem. The property is up a very steep hill, and walking up it can be a challenge. On our second night, we parked up at the top of the hill, by the entrance. Navigating that part of the hill was even worse!

This hotel is fabulous on all levels. The room was immaculate with an amazing lake view. The balcony was huge with sunbeds as well as table and chairs. The room was equipped with my favourite extras such as bathrobe and slippers, complimentary water, magnifying light-up makeup mirror and a range of toiletries. All staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful and everything seems to run like clockwork. The food is excellent; we were half board and could not fault any of the meals. The dining room is cosy and comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. There was also the added bonus of complimentary tea and snacks every afternoon which were delicious. The hotel is ideally situated, just a 5 minute walk to the ferry stop and a 10 minute walk to the bus station. The only negative comment I could make is that the steep steps leading up from the road to the hotel are not very well lit at night, so could be dangerous for people with mobility issues. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we go back to Garda and would recommend this hotel to everyone, it is amazing.
