ベラージョのフェリー乗り場から徒歩3分で高低差もなく、非常に便利な立地です。受付のスタッフの方は対応に少し差を感じましたが、概ね親切です。室内は清潔でスリッパもありました。ただし、ミニバーや飲み物はなく、冷たいものは保管できないので注意が必要です。物価の高いコモ湖周辺の宿泊で、コスパの良い方ではないでしょうか。

レイクビューでお部屋は最高。職員も親切で、手持ちのアダプターがうまくいかなかったところ、ホテルのアダプターを貸してくれた。場所は街の中心に近い湖畔でとても便利。建物と設備はやや古いけど清潔感があって問題なし。また泊まりたい。

部屋からコモ湖が眺められるというとても贅沢な滞在をさせて頂きました。 ベッラージオ観光にも便利な中心部ですし、周りにレストランも沢山ありました。 船着場からもすぐ。地図だと船着場から北にあるように考えてしまい歩き出してしまったので最初は迷いましたが、実は近かったです。バスを利用したとしてもバス停がすぐにあるようでした。 WiFiが無料ではなかったようですが、近くのレストランでは無料であったので不自由はしませんでした。

Quando chegamos no hotel, a recepcionista nos informou que o elevador não estava funcionando, por este motivo EU mesmo teria que subir com as malas uma grande e uma média além das mochilas sem nenhuma ajuda. Sem mesmo falar “nós vamos lhe ajudar” como fui tratado em outros hotéis nesta mesma viagem a Itália. Quando chegamos no quarto, o ar condicionado atava claramente sujo. Mas o pior foi quando fomos dormir, camas de pessima qualidade, tivemos uma pessima noite de sono, amanheci com as costas doídas de tão ruim que era esta cama deste hotel. No dia seguinte no café da manhã, foi bem mediano com poucas variedades no café. Jamais indicaria este hotel a alguém.

Staff were amazing especially Gloria, she was just amazingly helpful and a credit to your business. The hotel is everything we expected and more. Typically Italian, fantastic location, great food, everything on hand and local. Shame about the parking situation but it's still the place to go in Bellagio.

We booked a lake view room and didn’t want to leave. We had the best view of the lake and were happy to spend time in the room because it was away from the hustle and bustle and we could enjoy Bellagio away from the crowds. Would do it again, worth the splurge. Even though it wasn’t high season the journey to get there was not fun, as we came through Como. Head to varenna instead and ferry from there.

This hotel is in the heart of the lakefront promenade. There are shops and eateries all around. I loved the lake view from my room. However, on a Saturday night it was not such a prime spot as music from a restaurant below kept me awake until midnight. In retrospect it was a small price to pay for a very special stay.

This property may have been "splendide" back in the day but we were not thrilled. The parking is really challenging and a good walk. The plumbing in the bathroom had a weird shower setup and broken parts. On our last night, my wife asked "What's that?" It was a large cockroach that went under the bed. I told the front desk. They were unfazed. Beautiful view but thick with tourists. We were happy to leave. Not again.

They have a great location but the rooms need major renovations .

Great location right in heart of Bellagio but hotel beds were very hard, uncomfortable & squeaky.

The staff were so helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortalbe, i.e. bed, temperature in August, and clean. The location was perfect right in the middle of Bellagio. Beautiful views, excellent dining, and great shopping.

Outstanding property!! It was beautiful, extremely clean, and ideally situated!! The staff was incredible especially Gloria at the front desk. She was kind, helpful and always smiling. The restaurant staff was so professional and polite too. We can not say enough about this hotel and its hospitality! Lived it!!

The hotel was very conveniently situated near the ferry port and for exploring Bellagio. The rooms were basic but have everything you need. The beds weren’t the comfiest - a bit on the hard side but the rooms and hotel itself were very clean. The breakfast was better than expected, choices of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, lovely soft bread and bread for toasting along with scrambled or boiled eggs. We had a lake view which was stunning, however a little on the noisy side early in the morning from 6am and the curtains do not pull so light floods the room. Overall the hotel is good, has everything you would expect from a 3* hotel! The greatest thing about it too was the hidden little oasis behind the hotel with a swimming pool and loungers, amazing for a late afternoon dip after exploring everything Bellagio has to offer!
