レイクビューの部屋に泊まりました。磨りガラスなので、窓を開ければ湖が見えます。

ベラージョのフェリー乗り場から徒歩3分で高低差もなく、非常に便利な立地です。受付のスタッフの方は対応に少し差を感じましたが、概ね親切です。室内は清潔でスリッパもありました。ただし、ミニバーや飲み物はなく、冷たいものは保管できないので注意が必要です。物価の高いコモ湖周辺の宿泊で、コスパの良い方ではないでしょうか。

レイクビューでお部屋は最高。職員も親切で、手持ちのアダプターがうまくいかなかったところ、ホテルのアダプターを貸してくれた。場所は街の中心に近い湖畔でとても便利。建物と設備はやや古いけど清潔感があって問題なし。また泊まりたい。

部屋からコモ湖が眺められるというとても贅沢な滞在をさせて頂きました。 ベッラージオ観光にも便利な中心部ですし、周りにレストランも沢山ありました。 船着場からもすぐ。地図だと船着場から北にあるように考えてしまい歩き出してしまったので最初は迷いましたが、実は近かったです。バスを利用したとしてもバス停がすぐにあるようでした。 WiFiが無料ではなかったようですが、近くのレストランでは無料であったので不自由はしませんでした。

Loved out triple room, windows on two sides looking over the water. Large bathroom that you accessed through what looked like a wardrobe door. Beautiful old building with lovely architectural feature. Breakfast was very nice. The only issue we had was that we were a bit cold at night (it was late March) and although we understood that the central heating wouldn’t be pumping at that time of year, we asked reception for more blankets and were just told no. Didn’t ruin our stay but I don’t think we were asking for too much there.

Excellent reception lady, really friendly. Lovely hotel, very clean, perfectly placed, great having a pool there, breakfast ok, the bar across from the hotel had a great atmosphere and great ice cream! Only downsides were beds and pillows are rock hard and they could do with another mirror in the room. Otherwise really happy with our stay there.

The hotel was great- rooms were big, lobby was large enough to hang out in, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Rooms were clean. Location was great, the hotel is right in the middle of town. AC was an issue, because it was not functioning all the time and had to be activated by calling the reception. Breakfast was average. Price is reasonable.

AWFUL!!! This was absolutely the worst property we stayed at on our 14 night Italy road trip. The staff gave us wrong information about parking. They unfairly charged us 46 Euro for parking in their garage when I parked my car outside in the free parking zone. After arguing my point I gave up. They accused me of lying. I’m a gold member with Expedia and traveled extensively in Europe. This property needs to be shut down. It destroyed my beautiful Romantic Belagio fantasy. The room was old with the floors falling apart. The room is cold without proper heating. If you go in the hot summer I highly doubt AC will work properly. Zero amenities offered, not even a slipper. Dirty smelly disgusting hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

We got into Lake Como late, checked into the hotel. Room was nice, clean but a little dated. Layout where our room was a little difficult to find without assistance. Breakfast was really good. Would stay there again. Beautiful views.

Amazing position on the water in Bellagio. Great airconditioned room with huge waterfront views of lake Como and the scenic alps in the heart of town.

Très bel hôtel avec un style ancien. Très bien situé. Si vous voulez de la vie demandez une vue lac, si vous souhaitez du calme demander une chambre côté piscine. L’hôtel est situé en face un embarcadère du Ferry, proche de la station de bus Bellagio - Côme, proche des commerces et restaurants. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Un établissement magnifique, extrêmement bien situé. Personnel aux petits soins, très aimable. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque dans un cadre idilique!

Wonderful location but an old hotel & rooms. Very expensive and yet were put in a room without a window and at the end of the hall with all the laundry services . Very disappointing. Staff though were very kind & helpful.
