A really lovely hotel, friendly staff and in a good location

Francesca at desk was fabulous. Dinner service and bathroom floor had pubic hairs . Breakfast good dinner had hard melon, stale bread,no silverware and no attention from first waiter. 2nd waiter got steak done to perfection

Our room was a lovely size, very light, nice size balcony. Clean there was meant to be 2 single beds, fortunately it was a bed they could seperate, as only slight mistake! Breakfast you could have a cooked breakfast, or a continental, personally found the bacon quite greasy, and scrambled egg didnt look so appetising. But enough variety, staff were all friendly and helpful, would go here again.

The lady we met at reception was lovely and helpful, we loved our upgrade the rooms were beautiful. In walking distance to centre. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, the hotel is away from busy streets so not much road noise. 15-20 minute walk from main town square so great location. The staff were very helpful and polite, parking was free and easy and safe away from the road. We would definitely recommend and would return to the hotel for future stays.

Great location 10 mins walk from the main square - we had a great stay. Would have loved a kettle in room - only thing missing for us. Ate in restaurant on first night and food was good. Beautiful clean room, spacious and modern. All in all great stay.

Seems like the complete hotel was renovated. Beautiful rooms and pool area. Completely beautiful. The outside bar area has enclosure with retractable walls. Just beautful

Starting with before arrival - good communication with hotel who helped us book some transport back to the airport on departure! Arrival - friendly staff on reception. Informed us that we had been upgraded to a newly opened appartment. Room was absolutely stunning and modern. Very grateful! Quiet location with a 20 min walk from the centre, train station and the port. Ideal location really! Breakfast was small but what we needed. Some nice cereals, pastries and some hot food. The biggest selling point for me was the availability of oat milk!! Hotel very clean and tidy. Did not use the pool but it looked pristine and well kept. 100% book this hotel. We will be recommending to friends

This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful hotel in 3 years Staff very helpful and willing to help and advise regarding getting around Smooth booking in and out process Lovely swimming pool which has been revamped since our last visit and plenty of sun loungers available plus loads of seating in a lime grove type area Very clean rooms - fantastic shower - large rooms only negative for us was a shortage of drawers but only minor On site bar and restaurant which served an excellent range of drinks and cocktails The restaurant was very welcome after a long day of exploring - food very tasty and not too expensive and a lunchtime and evening menu was offered We had breakfast included and the was a good mix of cold and hot options available which set u up for the day We would have no problem staying again (as already stated this was our second visit) The only thing to bear in mind is it is a good 25 to 30 minute walk into the hub of Sorrento but a pleasant walk at that

Great pool area! And the room was simple and clean!

Brilliant hotel for the price. The interior is very modern, clean and spacious but the outside spaces are very traditional and picturesque, a great combination. The staff were very friendly and service was excellent. The hotel menu is good and Friday nights they have a large outdoors pizza oven with tables set up under their mini lemon and lime tree grove. The hotel was a 20 minute walk into the centre of Sorrento. Would definitely go back and stay here again.
