ホテル ガブリエル

まず通された部屋は別のホテルです。部屋ダブルブッキングでもしたのかな、そのホテルが最悪でした、通常通り泊まれてる人の評価は悪くないですね。 Stadlerというホテルにつれて行かれたら要注意です。最初の部屋とんでもなく狭い、そして汚い、便座がない、アメニティなどもちろんない、　さすがに文句言いました、予約内容とまったく違うので、もめた挙句渋々ダブルの部屋に替えてくれました。しかしこの部屋やたら酒臭くて、排水もやばい臭いがしました。さらにお湯が出ません、もう呆れて文句言う気も失せました。早朝に出るので全て我慢して寝ましたが、案の定翌日、二日酔いのような頭痛でした。オーナーロシア人みたいでウォッカですね、たぶん。 帰国したらEXPEDIAに電話してクレームしますが、これ詐欺みたいなもんですよね？？ 予約した内容と違う（ランクあがるならまだしも）ホテルって、、、 返金してほしいです、こんなんでいいんですか？ちゃんとしてくださいよ！！！

部屋は「まぁOK」という感じです。 私が利用した時の難点を言えば、 ・ルームキーピングでタオルを交換してくれなかった。（別途、頼めば替えてくれたのかも） ・セーフティーボックスが壊れていた。 ・調理セットはなかった。電子レンジはありました。 ・シャンプーなどアメニティは・・・持参するか近所で買い求めた方が良いと思いました。 ただ、フロントのお兄さん、サイトの写真では仏頂面ですが、とても気さくで明るくて親切な方でした。それからロケーションが便利です。Teruminaからとても近いので市内のどこに足を延ばすのにも楽でした。ホテル内への滞在に重きをおかず、手頃な価格で泊まりたいということであれば便利に利用できると思います。

wi-fi無料、エアコン、冷蔵庫、テレビ、金庫、デスク、シャワー、トイレがついてます！スタッフは気さくで英語も堪能。朝食が無かったのが残念…

駅近の便利なホテルです。 地下鉄・空港バス停が見えるくらい、 騒音もなく、ただただ便利でした。 タオル等日本人的には、 不向きだと思います。 ローマの宿は高いので、 こんなものでしょうか・・・・ 夕食は隣のレストランで、 シャンペン・ビール・サラダ付きピザセット 10ユーロ。 朝食は近所の店で、 クロワッサン・コーヒー2.5ユーロ で食べられます。

テルミニ駅から近くわかりやすい場所にありました. 周りには手ごろなレストランもあって便利でした.　部屋は少し古く狭いかったですがそれなりに清潔, シャワーもあって普通に過ごせました.

Everything is Ok. Reasonable price and very close to Termini Station and super accessible. But don’t expect for fancy stay. Staff is great very friendly.

The room was 2 times smaller than on a picture, but stuff was nice, the location is few minutes away from termini metro station. Also you can hear bells of Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore from the room, so it was great over all.

This room was the worst that I have ever stayed in ever. The Service was horrible.Actually there was NO service. You were lucky if the lift was working to take you up to the hotel which is on the fourth floor! The free breakfast consist of one half cup coffee and one crossiant. If you try to get two they make you take them off your plate and put back...... Rude and inconsiderate people that work there. Also the room was terrible very uncomfortable beds, broken toilet seat. You get one towel every three days. No face towel or hand towels. I asked for one extra towel to share with my husband and they said no. The lines are faded and old. They give you one small lousy pillow, I asked if they had an extra and they said no. The view from the window was and old grungy roof tops, very dirty and noisy. I would never recommend this place to any one even if it were for one night. No photos to show because everything was ugly and dirty looking.

Horrible, I would not recommend anyone staying here. If your wanting the free breakfast dont count on to much. You will be lucky if you get one roll and one cup of coffee. And don't ask for an extra pillow or towel or they give you a bad attitude and bad looks. Plus you don't get them anyway. If the lift door gets left open the lift does not work and you have to walk up four flights of stairs. Very trashy area and hotel.

Hotel pequeño pero bastante cómodo, personal super amable, en un cuarto piso con un ascensor pequeño, habitación doble con buen espacio en general buena relación calidad /precio

Excellent location very friendly staff

Chose this hotel because of convenience to train station and the location was central to most places we wanted to see. But the hotel is on 4th floor with only 2person lift, which meant a wait for 2 of our family or use of the stairs. We're a fit family so didn't mind this, but would be more disappointing for a less fit family or family with small children. I think this would suit someone who wanted a low cost, convenient stopover for a couple of nights, perhaps a young couple or single travelling around. Nice staff and none of this spoilt our enjoyment of this beautiful, wonderful city.

When I turned up at the hotel, the manager had "forgotten" my booking. He took me to a hotel around the corner which had a shower in the room but the toilet was shared and located on the landing. The managers there were arguing and shouting with a female guest in the corridor outside my room until 1am. Not an environment I wanted to venture into as a lone female traveller in my nightie in order to access the loo. I was so tired, having been up since 3.30am, but sleep was impossible. It eventually subsided when the police were called. Pretty much the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Då vi anlände till hotellet blev vi placerade på ett annat boende på en bakgata i närheten. Inte alls lika mysig gata som den det riktiga hotellet låg på, besvikelse! Hotellägaren började också krångla kring vår betalning och hävdade att denna inte genomfört på rätt sätt, trots att kontoutdrag kunde uppvisas. Badrummet vi blev tilldelade låg utanför rummet, vilket skapade ”vandrarhemskänsla” snarare än hotell. Dessutom var det fullt av mögel i badrummet. Ingen minibar, ingen ”kuddmeny”... mannen som serverade frukosten var mycket trevlig.

Arrivati alla sede dell’hotel Gabriele ci è stato comunicato che saremmo stati spostati in un altro stabile per mancanza di spazio. Io e il mio compagno siamo finiti al quinto piano di un edificio apparentemente normale. La stanza sembrava invece uno stanzino (con cartello PRIVATO affisso) riadattato a camera. Il bagno (pulito) emanava un odore di muffa non indifferente. È stata una soluzione comoda per quanto riguarda i mezzi (accanto a Termini), ma inaccettabile. La colazione con brioches, succo e bevanda calda andava bene. E il signore che la portava, gentile. Il resto invece delusione data dall’illusione delle immagini viste sul sito.

Besuch der ewigen Stadt zwecks Sightseeing. Hierzu ist die Lage am Hauptbahnhof Termini ideal wegen der Nähe des Haltepunkts der Flughafen-Shuttle und der beiden U-Bahn-Linien. In der Nähe sind auch viele Restaurants diverser Ausrichtung: Das Alessio ist wirklich zu empfehlen und das Geld wert.
