ホテル ガリア パレス

The hotel is easy to find and a short walk from the station. The beach is across the street and there are several restaurants in an easy walk. The hotel staff was friendly the premises were updated and the breakfast buffet is tremendous. Terrific pastries, fruits, cereals, cold cuts, eggs and more.

L’hotel si presenta bene. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, raccomandatevi però di avere una camera con la doccia in quanto a me ne è capitata una con la vasca da bagno e facendo la doccia tendeva ad allagare il bagno. Il parcheggio ha un vialetto d’accesso abbastanza sacrificato ma il personale ha fatto del suo meglio per permettermi un parcheggio agevole nonostante le notevoli dimensioni della mia auto. Ottima colazione e personale gentile.

Not the friendliest staffs

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Gallia Palace und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem das Personal am Empfang ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön mit Blick auf das Meer, die Betten sehr gut, das Bad groß genug und die Dusche hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück hatte alles, was man sich morgens wünscht. Das einzige war der Pool, der uns nicht zusagt hat. Anstatt des grünen Kunstrasens wären Fliesen viel schöner und hygienischer - aber das ist wohl auch Geschmacksache. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen!

Unfortunately the staff in the hotel aren’t very friendly it feels like they never worked in the hospitality Buisness. They did not help me with anything I asked, they were rude to me especially the male receptionist that said to me in an extremely mean way that he did not care that my mother and I stay outside at 3am and did not care if we made it safely to the hotel. They then tried to charge me extra for services I did not ask, but I ended up fixing this with help of hotels.com Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel although the rooms are clean and the breakfast was good, the staff made it very bad. Their nonchalant attitude and sometimes straight up mean attitude ruins the beauty of the place. Would recommend stay anywhere else but there, REALLY! I can not emphasis enough the fact that these people will not do anything to make your stay pleasant, they will go the extra mile to hide useful information from you and make your stay harder.

Servicemindad personal, stor och trevlig frukost med mycket alternativ. Väldigt nära stranden, och central dock tyst och lungt på rummet. Vi blev uppgraderade utan att hotellet sa något så bara positiva känslor

The room was fairly nice but the single bed was smaller than expected , not a good rest after few hours off driving.

Alojamiento muy buen ubicado cerca de la playa (de pago). Tiene una piscina muy razonable. El desayuno es muy completo, sobretodo si te gustan los dulces. Las habitaciones son muy correctas y la cama muy cómoda. El personal es muy amable.

Le camere nuove e silenziose ,il letto comodo. L'ascensore è molto datato e stride con il resto della struttura che dà l idea di essere stato costruito o ristrutturato non di 4- 5 anni fà. Al check in mi hanno richiesto di pagare subito tassa soggiorno e garage, Credo basti chiedere di pagare gli extra al check out, non all'entrata in struttura.

La struttura è molto bella esternamente. L’arredamento però non è stato di mio gusto. Credo che avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata.

Una settimana di relax. Subito la nota dolente: hotel in fase di chiusura per l'inverno. Colazione, cena e piscina spostati in altre strutture. Ma il cambiamento non è stato del tutto negativo. Colazione adeguata nell'hotel di fronte e cena in un ristorante vicino con menù vario, di qualità, abbondante oltre misura e servizio gentile.

Camera pulita, servizio nel complesso buono, prezzo contenuto.

Hotel molto bello. Camera spaziosa, in ottimo stato, il bagno grande e nuovo. Gradita acqua omaggio tutti i due giorni. L'unico neo è che la camera si affacciava su un cortile interno (non citato nella prenotazione). Comunque esperienza positiva.

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile riesce a colmare le lacune dell’hotel

Doccia non pulita con piastrelle mancanti, colazione poco soddisfacente in un altro hotel, lo stesso per la piscina
