Breakfast is good!

自分の確認不足もありましたが、幾つかの点で問題を感じました。 とにかく部屋が狭い。湯沸かし器がない。スリッパは無いと思っていたが、案の定なかった。（最近ではヨーロッパのホテルには準備されていたので、期待してしまった。）暖房が全く効かなかった。受付のスタッフが、感じが良かったのがせめてもの幸いでした。

We stayed at four hotels on this trip, and the staff at this hotel were the most friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms were clean, romantic, and perfect. The location was convenient and great. I even had a quick and polite response when I inquired about something I might have left behind. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel centralissimo, personale molto educato, colazione ottima. Siamo stati molto bene con due bimbe di 9 e 10 anni. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Wonderful hotel in a great location, down a quiet lane maybe 30 yards from the Arena and one street away from the main shopping area. Great friendly and helpful staff, clean and bright rooms, we had the standard twin and double type and they were more than adequate. Excellent breakfast looked after by attentive staff who helped us with Gluten free request by providing a basket of items such as bread, biscuits cakes etc. Lots of other hot and cold options, hot and cold drinks and also a large table covered with fresh homemade cakes. Will return to Verona soon and will use this hotel again !!

Noise proofing needs to be addressed. Sadly both nights majorly disturbed, we called reception to let them know, first night they called the guest next door and it stopped. Second night it was the guest and the water heater in the room. We had earplugs but you can hear the banging through the bed frame. How we wish they could have just moved us to another room just to get some sleep. Instead we were offered a free breakfast in the morning which we politely declined, please sort out your sound proofing as this sincerely impacted our holiday, sleep deprived and just not at all good when driving

Hôtel agréable mais isolement phonique rédhibitoire Commençons par les points positifs, car ils sont réels : le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, la localisation est excellente — à deux pas des arènes, idéale pour explorer la ville à pied — et le petit déjeuner est franchement de qualité, un vrai bon point. Malheureusement, tout s'arrête là. La chambre est extrêmement petite, et la salle de bain (2-3 m² à peine) relève du casse-tête : il faut littéralement se contorsionner pour circuler entre la douche et les toilettes. Côté rangement, seul un placard penderie est disponible, ce qui rend difficile l'organisation de ses affaires pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Mais le point véritablement rédhibitoire, c'est l'insonorisation entre les chambres — ou plutôt son absence totale. On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins : conversations, rires, douche... On partage involontairement leur intimité, et eux la vôtre. Résultat : nuit de sommeil impossible sans boules Quiès, et encore. Pour un voyageur au sommeil léger, c'est tout simplement éliminatoire. Dommage, car le cadre et l'accueil méritaient mieux. À réserver uniquement si vous êtes un dormeur de pierre.

O hotel precisa trocar as persianas das janelas, pelo menos no quarto que fiquei a claridade era total; durante o dia e a tarde era impossível dormir e de manhã quando o sol começa a surgir a claridase é absurda e é impossível dormir.

O hotel é excelente, localização perfeita, equipe gentil e atenciosa, café da manhã muito bom Com certeza ficaria novamente numa proxima estadia

Hotel muito bem localizado, a poucos passos da Arena e da rua principal. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos. Quarto e banheiro bem espaçosos, diferente do padrão de hotéis na Europa. Café da manhã bom, porém com custo de 15 euros por pessoa, optamos por comer na rua próximo ao hotel. O único ponto que deixa a desejar é a acústica do hotel.

Perfect location. Room was great. A little worrisome that we could not get out without using our key to unlock the door. Otherwise everything was great.
