Rummet var bra. Otroligt skön säng och rummet hade allt man behövde. Det enda negativa i rummet var att det var relativt lyhört och ingen särskild utsikt (byggnad precis mittemot). Receptionen och trapphuset ser inte alls ut som på bilderna, men det gör däremot rummet. Fantastiskt läge även om hotellet ligger bakom en restaurang i en smal gränd.

The AC did not work, the room size was dramatically smaller than the pictures, the walls are paper thin. You hear everything from the alley and even people talking from the rooms next door. You could hear the toilets flush from the floors above you and an odd ticking coming from the wall. This was a horrible hotel.

Frukost utbjudet var begränsad och sista timmen fanns nästan inget kvar. Vi fick ett rum på femte våningen och det finns inte hiss, bra att tänka på det speciellt om man har stora väskor, trapphuset är smalt! Vi hamnade i en nödsituation och personalen i receptionen hade svårt att kommunicera med räddningstjänsten.

This is a wonderful small quiet hotel right in the heart of San Marco. Minutes from the Rialto Bridge, San Marco Basilica and restaurants and shops. The staff are wonderful...professional, friendly and helpful.

This is a really great location... staff are good but its not a great experience otherwise.

Close to everything. Easy to get to from train station. Was a great stay!

Exposed electrical wires shower was very small I am not a big guy but I had to open the door just to get my bar of soap I dropped you can’t hardly walk around the bed room was very small bathroom wouldn’t fit more then one person in it

Front desk was average as far as friendliness goes. Room was fine. Shower was great. Outlets next to the bed which was great. Probably wouldn't stay here again though. Would choose somewhere with an elevator. Which of course was my fault for not checking. But within 1 minute of Rialto Bridge and less then 10 to St Mark's square so location was great.

Staff were friendly and the was clean . Hotel was conveniently near the Rialto Bridge and water bus stop. However could do with black out blinds for the windows very light in the morning.

Dirty room, toenail clippings, crumbs and dust around the bed area (visible without looking hard), rubbish under bed, clearly not cleaned. Dirty, wet towels on bed, when brought to the attention of staff was excused with bad weather that day and given more wet towels for replacement. Very dark, claustrophobic room. Excellent location, if you don’t mind a drab, dirty hotel for the money.

Brilliant location, we were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go including the train-station. Plenty of restaurants and landmarks nearby. The receptionist that checked us in wasn't helpful with an issue that we had, however the receptionist the next two days was great and couldn't help enough. The room was clean, but tired. There is a kettle, but no cups. Bathroom clean, but a flickering light. The safe and patio doors were faulty, but fixed later on the second day. When we noticed the doors wouldn't lock we requested to be moved to another room or 2 doubles until they were fixed, as the safe also not working and the terrace lead to an upstairs and ladders to downstairs, but told no. Rooms were available as we made another booking to check and got right up to the payment part! Overall we were happy with our stay and can see past the small things, however the worry of leaving our cases unsecured to get some food for the children who had been travelling all day outweighed the positives. With a little diy it would have been a perfect review, as the location itself would be enough warrant the cost. Without stating the obvious... another room until the faults were fixed would have probably made this review an excellent one!

Phenomenal location, steps from Rialto. Junior Suite Room is small and basic, but the bunk beds allowed 4 grown people to sleep in comfort. Customer service was responsive. Bathroom is newly remodeled, but small with nowhere to set anything. We had a hanging shoe organizer and used it to hold our toiletries in the bathroom. Included a terrace that looked over the alleyway. AC worked well.

I liked it and the only knock on the place was the stairs lol. If you’re on the top floor. I hope you’re in shape. Because the up and down all day. Will get you.
