The hotel and its amenities are very well appointed. We loved the vibe of the hotel. The people are all very kind and ready to help. We love the location as well. It’s only a few minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and a lot of other tourist spots. The hotel is very clean. Their Hotel Imperiale Restaurant is has an amazing array of breakfast selection. It is true that they have the best food in the area. We have tried quite a few but they remained the best.

Espectacular hotel en Roma. Demasiado bien ubicado si quieres estar muy cerca del Centro Histórico. A 2 min caminando de la Plaza Barberíni. De ahi a 10 min caminando de la Fontana de Trevi o del Panteon Y muy cerca de las principales avenidas. Por fuera estan en remodelaciones en la zona y se ve un poco no conveniente Pero por dentro el hotel es hermoso !! La habitación es gigante! Muy buen desayuno Muy atento el personal

The location and condition of the rooms were good, and it gave me a comfortable feeling of Rome.

Horrible experience. The most unprofessional staff. Rude, careless, not friendly. No greeting at the entrance. Staff don’t want to help. Place is filthy. Low quality products. Towels are won out. Showers have molds. No Room service at night. Breakfast finishes at 10. I don’t recommend this hotel to no one. Rooms are smelly. Carpets are super dirty. Hated the place.

The property is clean and the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It took a very long time (we waited for more than 30 minutes) to store the lugguages at the lobby when we arrived at the property at 11 am. When we came back to check in, the room was not ready and we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm.

The rooms were very clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only minor thing is that we wish the air conditioning is a bit more stronger. But again that seemed like a common issue in Italy.

The room was clean with good bedding. The lobby is comfortable with many seating areas. The check in was good and the reception is responsive with booking airport transfers and the check in. However the staff generally at reception and especially at the bar were not friendly. The person working at the bar did not come up to us after seeing our family has arrived and sat ourselves at the table. He didn’t care to ask if we wanted to order anything. When my husband went up to request for drinks and greeted him asking him how he was doing, His response was “busy” in an unfriendly manner. He clearly did not want to be working as there were almost no other guests in this bar to be busy for. During checkout I mentioned this to the reception, he sort of apologized but made excuses saying he is a borrowed staff from another Omni property and “I don’t know this guy well”. What does that even matter? He should have acknowledged this is unacceptable. The breakfast food was mediocre but what was worse was the staff again. We asked for crème for the coffee which was not a problem at other hotels we stayed in Italy, but the man laughed and said “Italians don’t use crème”. Why doesn’t he know most customers at your hotel are not Italians? Unacceptable customer service.

Very convenient...near transportation food and sights...stayed 3 nights. Staff was very helpful!
