清潔でよかった

The rooms were very clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only minor thing is that we wish the air conditioning is a bit more stronger. But again that seemed like a common issue in Italy.

The room was clean with good bedding. The lobby is comfortable with many seating areas. The check in was good and the reception is responsive with booking airport transfers and the check in. However the staff generally at reception and especially at the bar were not friendly. The person working at the bar did not come up to us after seeing our family has arrived and sat ourselves at the table. He didn’t care to ask if we wanted to order anything. When my husband went up to request for drinks and greeted him asking him how he was doing, His response was “busy” in an unfriendly manner. He clearly did not want to be working as there were almost no other guests in this bar to be busy for. During checkout I mentioned this to the reception, he sort of apologized but made excuses saying he is a borrowed staff from another Omni property and “I don’t know this guy well”. What does that even matter? He should have acknowledged this is unacceptable. The breakfast food was mediocre but what was worse was the staff again. We asked for crème for the coffee which was not a problem at other hotels we stayed in Italy, but the man laughed and said “Italians don’t use crème”. Why doesn’t he know most customers at your hotel are not Italians? Unacceptable customer service.

Room was extremely clean. Property in a great location. Front desk staff was more than helpful and friendly. We will recommend highly!

We love this area of Rome. Very central, clean and quiet, yet located close to everything. The hotel is virtually brand new haven’t been recently renovated. And one of the nicest properties in Rome in my opinion.
