The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived late as our train was delayed and they were able to help with transport and dinner reservation. The balcony view both from our room and at breakfast was a delight.

Staff was great especially the guy who helps with the breakfast and the bar area all day, very helpful and remembers each morning what your favorite coffee is. We had a great view with a balcony overlooking the sea and directly across the street from Onde Verde Hotel for a lot less money. I would recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Praiano. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful—they really made us feel at home. The whole hotel is beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, and decorated with so much care and attention. Breakfast was just amazing every morning—not only delicious, but served with the most breathtaking view. Sitting there with coffee and pastries while looking out over the coast is something I’ll never forget. The location is perfect too, the quieter end of Praiano above the marina with amazing restaurants and walk down there, with a bus stop just outside, which made it so easy to get around. It felt like the best spot on the Amalfi Coast—peaceful, but still close to everything. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Such a wonderful place, and we’d recommend it to anyone

This hotel was very quaint across the street from the sea We had a beautiful view and balcony that we used and enjoyed daily A short walk and you were at the beach and several very lovely restaurants to eat / drink at It was also a short drive to downtown area Breakfast was very pleasant and food was fresh Our only small complaint is that the bed was very hard and the pillows very flat Plus shower was one of kind The staff and location made up for that

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The property is located near a bus stop which was really convenient since it is located between Positano and Amalfi. The room was clean and spacious. The view from the room was beautiful and the walkout balcony was a nice size. The bathroom was spacious and great water pressure on the showers. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was excellent. They even provided dining recommencations and made reservations for dinner and helped with transportation arrangements. We had a really nice stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with incredible views of the coast from our balcony. Clean, quiet, good breakfast with the same views as our room. I would recommend having some sort of transportation to get around from here. We rented a scooter and had a great time riding from Amalfi to Positano.....and everything in between.

Stayed one night on my way to Agerola for a wedding. For a few hundred a night I had stunning balcony with 270 degree ocean view. Definitely get a balcony unit. Location was ideal for relaxed stay as it was situated in quiet Praiano halfway between popular (but overcrowded) Positano and Amalfi towns with bus stop right across the street. The beach (stone) and water access were about ten minutes walk down steep hill but very doable for any healthy person. You can rent umbrellas and chairs for swimming and sun bathing. Also, the walkway down was dotted with multiple good restaurants and bars with ocean views. There was also a convenience store 100M up main road where you can also get the bus passes and an ATM (but not a bank so be careful to decline dynamic conversion offer to avoid fees). I did not have a car but I think they offer parking. This was a lovely spot to relax and you can use the bus to explore but relying on the bus alone can be time consuming as it doesn’t stop if it’s full so a car will be desirable if you want on demand mobility. Taxis are extremely expensive ($90 Euro to Amalfi) and sometimes hard to book. You could just stay at the hotel area to relax for several days and pay for guided tours (Amalfi, Capri, Positano, Sorrento, etc) but bring a car if you want to be independently mobile. Note that parking in the towns will also be really expensive though.

The staff was so helpful, the location and view are amazing. The room is simple, but exactly what we needed it to be. We had a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at La Perla. The views from our rooms as well as the beautiful breakfast room were fantastic. The location was great for restaurants and water taxis as well as the cove for swimming. The small local stores had all we needed and more. The people in town were warm and welcoming. It was a gem of a find on the Amalfi coast because we had all the charm and none of the crowds.

Hotel bem localizado em Praiano pois em frente fica um dos locais mais charmosos da Costa amalfitana. Uma praia pequena com um belo visual e ótimos restaurantes. Praiano fica bem no meio do caminho entre Amalfi e Positano. O que facilita muito o deslocamento. O hotel tem um bom estacionamento, bom café da manhã e um bom quarto. O visual da varado hotel é incrível e inspirador.

I’ve visited Praiano over ten summers, sometimes at a rental house, sometimes Hotel Onda Verde. This hotel is just above the beach and above Hotel Onda Verde. Onda Verde has a few more luxury options (view restaurant with great menu and an amazing pool) but frankly I prefer this for the value. It’s small and charming. The gentleman at the morning breakfast is very kind, housekeeping is done to the highest standard, the hotel is convenient to great restaurants and the best beach. I could not have been more pleased. I think the breakfast menu would benefit from fewer but better items, but that’s a small thing. Coffee with a view is all I really need in the morning. Highly recommend. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were so spacious and the view was unreal! The hotel was very close to the beach and the bus stop to go to Positano. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Room is always cleaned. So happy about the AC system. Very convenient location right off the coast. If you don’t want to pay $50 euro for a taxi everywhere you go, don’t miss a location along the coast. It’s harder than you think to commute in areas up the mountain without your own car or scooter.
