駅から近くとても便利でした。 お部屋も快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。 満足です。

ヴェネツィアで治安が不安であったが、ホテル周辺は夜歩いてもそこまで危険でなかった。部屋はとてもきれいで、スタッフも優しかった。

部屋は綺麗でした。窓からの景色もよく、とても満足です。 しかし、エアコンが全然効かなく少し寒かったです。

空港からのアクセスは抜群。メインエリアと少し離れているが、全体的に満足。フロントのスタッフがとてもいい人たちでした！

Clean rooms. Small bathrooms, but very typical for European cities. Easy to locate and short walk from the train station. A lot of surrounding smaller restaurants and bakeries that give more of an authentic feel.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Space the bed was very comfortable and pillows too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator was very convenient. Nice size bathroom. I would stay here again.

Excelente ubicación al lado del inicio de gran canal, muy cerca de la estación de tren Venezia Sta. Lucia a 7 minutos caminando, lo cual es muy conveniente si llegas o sales en tren. O si llegas por aeropuerto, tomas el vapporeto y te deja en la parada de Guglie a solo unos pasos del hotel. El check in fue rápido y personal muy amable. La habitación es pequeña, pero muy funcional, muy limpia, con closet amplio, caja de seguridad y todas las amenidades, el baño es muy cómodo. Muy cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares, tiendas, puedes caminar a todo lado. A Plaza San Marcos haces unos 23 minutos caminando, o puedes tomar Vapporeto en estación St. Lucia y recorrer todo el gran canal y llegar a san Marcos, es un recorrido muy bonito. También cerca de las paradas hacia Murano-Burano. Sin duda lo recomiendo como una gran opción, especialmente si para tu salida necesitas estar cerca de la estación del tren, lo cual nos quedó genial para seguir nuestro viaje a Roma.

Really good location. Off busy street a bit. Everything you need closed by. Room on the small side. AC worked but not great, and we were there on very cool days

Location is great and stuff is very welcoming… Our room was quite and comfortable.

The property was in a perfect location and the staff was very friendly. The AC in the room was amazing and the room was clean. The only small issue we had was that the walls are so thin and we heard everything going on in every room around us, day and night. The noise from outside on the street was to be expected, but the noise within the hotel was a bit much at times.

The hotel was in a great location, right off the canal with the water bus nearby. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The room was a decent size and was very clean. The staff was nice and accommodating. A couple minor things we didn’t like was the bed was too firm, the pillows were too flat and it was very noisy. Also, a full length mirror would have been nice! We were on the second floor and whoever was above us was very loud. We could hear them stomping around and talking, even with the sound machine on. But the hotel was a great price in a perfect location and within walking distance to the train station, which was perfect for our two night stay. Would stay again in the future!

Its good! Clean, polite staff, the lift its tiny but it's nobody's fault. The fact that its a jew quarter helps to find halal too without worrying about alcohol and pork products and theres a halal restaurant nearby too called oriental experience. The area is cheap but fully connected! Ill be back

Cafes and restaurants were all around plus shopping, everything in easy walking distance. Wheeling bags from train statiin was easy as well. Fantastic view right on the water. Staff were so friendly and happy to help, they even held our luggage for the day. Loved it !!!
