The view was amazing - the breakfast was amazing - the dinner was amazing. The spa both indoors and the heated pool outdoors with the view of the mountains was spectacular!! Highly recommend this hotel

Hotel has some practices that remind one of a child's summer camp - special token required to turn in at front desk in order to receive spa towels, notices of bans in taking glassware or utensils to ones room from the bar or breakfast area, needed special request for a writing desk in the room, and breakfast buffet depleted if one arrives after 9:30. Would not stay here again.

El hotel es muy bonito, el servicio es excelente y la ubicación muy cómoda.

Wonderful breakfast spread. They even have a juicer to make a real fruit juice like apples, carrot celery, ginger. The dinners were outstanding best meals we’ve had and have been able to try a large variety of what Ortize has to offer.

Good location, easy to Ortisei center and lifts. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Very beautiful Mountain View.

Efter min bedste viden er dette ikke et 4 star hotel da servicens var mangelfuld og kvaliteten ikke hænger sammen med prisen og bedømmelsen så gør dig selv en tjeneste og se efter noget andet så du ikke laver samme fejl som os. Særlig dårligt var værelset som var totalt outdated og lugtede af gammelt indelukket rum og møbler samt et gl. gulvtæppe som langt fra var rent og i badeværelset var der manglende ventilation og ikke kun fordi den var super beskidt. Vi prøvede at spise aftensmad på stedet en aften og det var en middelmådig oplevelse da både smagen og kvaliteten ikke hænger sammen med prisen. Servicen var meget sporadisk og til tider udpræget uhøflig dog var der en mandlig tjener ved morgenmaden som var meget smilende og service orienteret.

非常好的住宿，有露台真的是太好了，享受每一分鐘在露台躺椅的時光。酒店還有鞦韆，非常美的花園。晚餐也很多選擇，非常棒的服務！如果再來還會選擇這家酒店！！

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly(thanks especially to Alice and Manuel). Our room was spacious and comfortable and the premises were immaculate. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was an impressive spread. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay. The grounds are very nice and the half board was definitively worth it, the food was great.

O hotel foi uma grata surpresa no meio da nossa viagem pelas Dolomitas. Ficamos por duas noites e a experiência, no geral, foi excelente. O quarto era amplo, super confortável, com uma varanda deliciosa e com amenities de ótima qualidade, tudo com muito cuidado e atenção aos detalhes. O espaço externo do hotel é lindíssimo! Fomos no início de junho e conseguimos aproveitar bastante a piscina, que fica em uma área muito agradável, cercada de verde, com um ambiente de total tranquilidade. Vale muito a pena levar roupa de banho, mesmo se estiver de passagem rápida. A decoração dos jardins e da área externa é um charme à parte. O restaurante também merece destaque. Tomamos café da manhã e jantamos por lá nos dois dias, e em todas as ocasiões a experiência foi ótima. O café da manhã é variado, com produtos frescos e de qualidade, e o jantar foi excelente, com pratos muito bem preparados. Além disso, o atendimento dos garçons foi simplesmente impecável: simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O único ponto de atenção foi o atendimento na recepção. Achei a recepcionista um pouco fria, sem muita disposição para dar informações ou mesmo para fazer aquele acolhimento inicial que faz diferença na chegada ao hotel. Comparado ao alto nível do restante da equipe, especialmente do restaurante, esse foi o único aspecto que deixou a desejar. De modo geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável e que superou as expectativas. Com certeza recomendaria!

Hotel is excellent. Stayed beginning of June so a little quieter but couldn’t fault it. Arrived early and able to park car whilst went hiking. Utilised spa on return.. hotel supply towels, flip flops and robe. Only used the inside pool which is actually nice and cool as the spa area is very warm. Spa treatments are available but didn’t use. Free cakes and fruit served 3:30-5pm daily. I’d recommend booking the half board as really good selection and saves leaving hotel, especially in quiet weeks. Breakfast has great Selection. Staff were great so couldn’t fault. Also had free public transport code for duration of stay.. didn’t utilise but nice bonus.

Luna is an amazing hotel in the beautiful alpine village of Ortisei. The room was lovely, comfortable, spacious and super clean. The facility is gorgeous with a fabulous spa, a nice pub and a great restaurant. The half board was a great choice! I had an outstanding server, who took care of all my dining needs. 100% recommend this hotel!

This is an amazing hotel. The food was outstanding and some of the best meals I have experienced in my life. Each staff member was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ortisei.

Great place to stay.

A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the Dolomites. The spa was incredible and the wait staff at the restaurant was lovely. Will hopefully be back!

This property is very nice from the amazing friendly staff, to the afternoon tea offerings to the breakfast and the half board which is a very good value. Also had a great massage and enjoyed the outdoor pool during my stay. No complaints.
