Good location, excellent service, great breakfast

Our stay was very good. As we arrived they granted us with a room upgrade ( the hotel was not full) We had an issue with our matress that upon request they changed immediately. The hotel is confortable , the italian food we ate at dinner spectacular and the attendants very friendly . I recommend this hotel and if it happens i may stay there again

I was in room 328 and was so small I couldn’t walk around the bed, the curtains wouldn’t draw so I had light in my room all night. I asked if I could please have some milk for my tea and coffee, I had to go downstairs and get it myself from the bar on the rooftop. The room was clean but I don’t think worth the money I paid.

Was wonderful

We booked our room roughly 10 minutes before arrival, so the only room left was the most affordable room so to say (advertising was extremely clear on what to expect) even then, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful to interact with every time and helped us out with questions we had regarding transportation/etc for other things we wanted to do in the area! Would definitely stay again due to the cleanliness, location and most importantly the wonderful hospitality

The hotel was very-well situated and convenient. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was exceptional! The hotel itself, over-all, was over-priced, even for Sorrento/Italy.

La atención es excelente, el check in no duró más de 5 minutos y siempre fueron todos los de la recepción muy amables. El cuarto era moderno, con una amplia terraza y baño. La ubicación es perfecta y tienes restaurantes y tiendas. Pedimos recomendación para cenar en un lugar no turístico y nos recomendaron uno que estaba muy rico y con una vista a toda la Marina. Volvería sin pensarlo

Very fairly priced hotel in the centre of Sorrento, within a 15 minute walk from the Port, although it’s always easier going down lol. The staff were very friendly and engaging, they have a nice rooftop pool for anyone wanting to soak up the sun and relax, as downtime from all the sight seeing.

Overall satisfactory. Staffs could've been more respnsive with requests. Bathroom needs to be better. No tub but a tiny shower, which is so small, maybe 3f by 3f.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise walking into this hotel. It was more than we expected, room was dated but always very clean so we didn’t mind at all. The staff felt like family by the end of our stay! Incredible central location. I will be recommending this place to anyone staying on the Amalfi coast! Thanks guys!!

Very good hotel! It was located within minutes of piazza Tasso and the train station. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was not happy at all was one of the front desk employees. Getting to Sorrento takes you a few hours specially when coming from Milan. When we got there it was around 1:30pm. We know check in it’s not supposed to be until 3pm but in all the hotels I’ve been around the world sometimes the rooms are ready before that time. The front desk lady was rude to us and said to wait outside because the room was not ready yet. If she had said it to us in a different way we would totally understand but she didn’t have manners. Right after the front desk shift, there was another couple right next to us who had the same situation with this lady, and at 2:15 they went and ask the next shift in lobby and they gave us our rooms. I had so say this. However, I was very happy with the hotel and the cleanliness. Breakfast service was very good and overall I would definitely stay here next time I come to Sorrento

Overall, my stay was excellent, the breakfast options were fantastic and the rooftop terrace was great. One thing that could change was the operating hours for the pool and jacuzzi, closing at six in the evening was not convenient to guests.

Très bon hôtel bien situé à 6 minutes à pieds de la gare. Petit déjeuner correct (viennoiserie pas fraîche). Si non le reste est bien y compris le service.

Beatiful location, very clean. Highly recommended if you visit Sorrento.
