Exceptional friendly Swedish & Spanish staff. Cosy, homely, festive decorated hotel with Xmas spirit. Modern fitted clean bathroom. It's 5* for being a hotel with a heart. It tries v hard to provide 5* service. Don't compare it with The Penisula & alike 'cos that's not the goal. Compare it with the family or friend's holiday home where the hotel ski shuttle (to Valtournenche, Cervinia) frequency and timetable is flexible, transfer to Milan is negotiable, kitchen staff will lend you her own mob to call the pharmacist, and late lunch with homemade pasta being made impromtu at 4.30pm when the kitchen is closed. If reception is unattended, look for staff in the kitchen. Like all hotels, there're cons such as sounds of guests enjoying themselves on the ground floor till 11pm (v noticeable on 1st floor but not on 3rd floor. Note need to drag luggages up the stairs but staff can help). One would have the odd minor maintainence issues at your own holiday home, & this was no exception but it's not a deal breaker 'cos staff are attentive & make every effort to make your stay enjoyable. Have a chilled, flexible, accomodating mindset like one would at your own holiday home, and you'll not be disappointed! Great breakfast as it had fresh produce, daily fresh pastries, hot cooked food straight from the kitchen & kept warm on stovetops. It even had limoncello shots on some mornings. This hotel offers affordable comfortable ski accomodation for those wanting to ski in Cervinia-Zermatt.

Vi ble ønsket velkommen av hotellverten som umiddelbart ga oss en følelse at vi skulle føle oss om hjemme. Vi ble spurt og anbefalt å spise middag på stedet, noe vi ikke angret på at i takket ja til. Veldig hyggelig opplevelse og nydelig mat! Frokosten var også skikkelig bra! Her vil vi komme igjen!

Vi havde en skønt ophold på Millefiori. Fantastiske rammer, og der er virkelig gjort meget i indretningen som gør stedet hyggeligt. Personalet var ekstremt hjælpsomt og varmt. Utrolig lækker morgenmadsbuffet, med et virkelig stort udvalg og tydeligvis en passioneret kok. Vi spiste begge aftener på hotellet og langbordsmiddag konceptet var en utrolig positiv oplevelse og maden virkelig god. God placering i forhold til at tage på ture ud og vandre og den smukkeste udsigt fra vores balkon ned over dalen.

A charming Scandinavian hotel with excellent service. The beds are soft and the duvets are plush (perhaps a bit too warm in the summer). Don’t skip dinner; the experience is amazing! Also breakfast is super! The bar is great, and the terrace is wonderfully sunny. If you are a very light sleeper, it's advisable to request a room facing the courtyard or bring earplugs, as the nearby road is surprisingly busy. However, the noise did not bother us.
We will definitely come again!

The owner and the staffs are all welcoming and nice. They offer wonderful breakfast, hot drinks anytime you want. Dinner is set menu for 28 euros, and drinks are included. Not only a good value, but it’s a quality great meal. This place is not easy to drive around, very curvy and narrow streets, but parking availability was greatly appreciated! We used sauna after long hike which was a bonus, and some staffs were guides as well taking you to hikes! Bella and Axel from Sweden were our guides, and they were just amazing!
I have nothing but praises how awesome this place is.

We loved our time here and would love to come back! Plan to have the fixed price/menu dinner at least one night you are there! This bed and breakfast is a gem! Of all of our stays in Europe, it ranked at the top.
