No aircondition and room was too hot. Fun didn’t work. Could not sleep. It was too hot.

あまり部屋が綺麗ではなかった。 エレベーターからの移動に階段があってスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった。 お湯が出なかった。

設備が古く、整っていないところがあった。 スタッフに言えば、親切に対応してくれた。 隣にある映画館からの音がかなり響いてくる部屋だったが、受付に相談したら、すぐに部屋を変えてくれました。

ホテルは古いが、この古さがいい

Not clean

There is a problem with the heating system. The heating was weak, so I told the hotel and they brought a small heater, but it was not warm enough and I slept with my coat on, but I caught a cold. Colleagues in different rooms all had the same complaint. I would recommend staying in this hotel in the summer.

建物内に映画館があるので、音漏れが酷い。週末はレイトショーがあるので最悪。

ボローニャ空港からタクシーできました。 2人で1人10ユーロの駅まで行くエキスプレスに乗るより直接ホテルまで送ってくれるタクシーが良いと思います。

映画館隣で、音漏れがしていた。 でも、従業員の対応は良かった。

隣の部屋や廊下の音が室内にいても聞こえます。さらに、隣に映画館があり騒音がひどく眠れなかった。建物の老朽化・アメニティもほぼありません。朝食メニューは毎日同じで、クロワッサンと卵とチーズのみ

中心部に近くフロントの対応も良いが wifiが弱い。 上部の階だと見晴らしも良い。 これ以上はない

サービス全般良かったです。スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。ホテルの場所が若干わかりづらいのでGPSを使うなど気をつけてください。

Lobby was beautiful but lacking a comfortable temp. They run AC at a minimum but leave front door open to outside. The hallways have no ac and the room they gave me was an air conditioned room but it did not work. They did move me to a bigger, nicer room with working ac but I had to pay an additional 20 euro per night.

The staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room itself was generally clean, however the hallways/corridors need a thorough industrial clean to create a more reassuring atmosphere. The bathroom as well needs cleaning (i.e. mold on the shower curtain and tiles). Several room amenities didn't work such as the TV and hair dryer. Rooms on the upper floors (we were on the 4th floor) need some sort of cooler as the room and bathroom were unbearably hot and the fan does not help.

May have been acceptable in the 80’s!! The dirt of the carpet overall along with the dust, grubby bed clothes and curtains. Overall very dirty and grubby hotel Charing ridiculous fees Don’t be fooled with the good location, not worth it!

Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing hotel stay of our vacation through France, Spain, and Italy. We booked one night here before our early morning flight to London, expecting a comfortable place to rest. Upon entering Room #306, we immediately found that the air conditioning was not working despite temperatures of around 90°F (32°C). We also noticed two portable fans already in the room, suggesting the hotel was aware of the issue before our arrival. The room also had a strong musty odor. We reported the problem immediately and asked to be moved to any available room with working air conditioning, even if it meant our family of four sharing a smaller room. The front desk initially questioned whether the AC was actually broken, but after inspecting the room themselves, they confirmed it was not functioning. Unfortunately, there was no maintenance available, and no alternative room was offered. What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of empathy. Instead of understanding our situation, the lady manager on duty responded with an ungracious attitude and an unpleasant stare, leaving us feeling like our concerns were an inconvenience. With an early flight the next morning, we had no choice but to book another hotel at our own expense and pay for an additional taxi. This was the only hotel during our entire vacation that failed to provide the basic accommodations we had reserved. Sadly, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times before and it's fantastic for its location and price, but man, they really need to sort out the air-conditioning situation. They gave me a desk fan, which wasn't really up to the task, and sleeping in these conditions was not pleasant. I'm not sure if I'll stay there again as the prospect of putting up with another summer of 37/38 degree heat in one of these rooms is not a tempting one. The hotel is a bit old and shabby and needs a proper overhaul. The creaking floorboards are incredibly loud when people are walking up and down the corridors. The staff were very nice. Special mention to Antonella on reception, who was lovely and helpful.

Møkkete flekker på dør og badevegger, slitt og gammelt og ikke like pent som bildene tilsier på hotels. Om du skal hit på sommeren vil jeg anbefale å dra et annet sted. Det er kun en vifte på benken til ventilasjon, ekstremt varmt uten AC. Hotellet hadde håndklær i gangen liggende etter lekkasje eller søl, vegger flasser og er generelt veldig slitt her. Personalet er flotte mennesker, men hotellet er ok minus.

The staff on arrival were wonderful, very helpful clear instructions, The room was as expected 3 single beds ,clean carpet and tidy bathroom. There was an air-conditioning unit in the room, As we arrived on one of the hottest days of the year, it was adequately cool in the room, although the corridors were warm and humid, the corridors did look a bit worn, but as were were not sleeping in them it didn't detract from our stay.. it was great we could leave our bags and organise a taxi when we returned back to the hotel and the staff were very helpful in assisting us. Would return.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, also not far from Bologna Centrale station. It is very old. The carpet is so dirty. The first night I stayed in a room with no air-conditioning. Outside temperature was 37C.They provided a small fan and I couldn't sleep at all. The second night I managed to change to an air conditioning room. But the room is very small and no window. The air-conditioning barely keeps the room cooler. I am surprised that Hotels. Com recommend this hotel.
