Staff was friendly and professional. Property clean and as advertised. Would recommend to family and friends. The check in and restaurant staff was amazing. Rigoberto at the restaurant made us feel at home and very personable, he is a must meet individual.

Great nerve wracking drive with spectacular view of Lake Como however room was quite small and balcony you couldn’t sit out on to enjoy the view. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated shuttle from funicular to hotel.

I didn’t expect it to be such a remote place that required climbing up a very narrow road for a long time just to get there. On the second day, we didn’t drive and took the tram instead, but the waiting time was extremely long. If we had that information beforehand, I could have planned better. Other than that, everything was very good, especially staff service. everybody so nice.

Lovely hotel with gorgeous views of Lake Como . The staff are very helpful and good communication on WhatsApp - very good for us as we didn't have international calls in our mobile plan. Very clean & the food in Mama Gina's restaurant is top quality. Also good couple deals for food. We were leaving early on our last day so we were missing breakfast. They gave us a bag to go with some breakfast snacks which was lovely. Also gorgeous pool, steam room & jacuzzi which can be privately booked for couples after 7.30pm. Shuttle service from the top of the funicular to the hotel between 4-10pm which was a great service - needed if travelling with suitcases.

Upealla sijainnilla, vuoristossa oleva hotelli, jonka uima-altaalta oli hieno näköala Como-järvelle.Hotellissa oli myös laadukas ravintola ja hotellin vieressä oli muitakin erinomaisen hyviä ravintoloita.Viereisessä pizzeriassa oli koko Italian matkan paras pitsa.Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas.Huoneessa oli pöytäilmastointilaite, muttei ei varsinaista ilmastointia eli huoneessa oli kuuma yöllä.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! The views are stunning but the location is a logistical head ache without a car. They offered a transfer service that is a very short car ride I later learned isn’t complimentary…5 euros every time isn’t bad but when the Funicular was down it totally derailed my travel plans.

We advised ahead of our stay that my Husband has coeliac disease and were advised they could cater gluten free. When we arrived the staff were great and provided us with a gluten free meal in the evening. Unfortunately that’s where the accommodation of his allergy stopped. At breakfast no staff members were able to advise us of what he could eat that was gluten free or whether any changes could be made to cater for him. He ate a fruit salad for breakfast and we ate out the rest of the day. Unfortunately this was the same every morning at the hotel. The “free” transfer from the Funicular was actually €5 each but was very helpful. Some of the reception staff were unable to give us much information on the area and getting to and from places. The room was advertised as a “junior suite” but was just a room with a bathroom and a balcony. It was efficient but definitely not a suite.

We stayed in Hotel Paradiso for 6 nights as a family with a small child. The hotel is a small but very personable place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome there. The pool was a hit for our kid as she can stay in water all day and the view from the pool/patio is amazing. There are quite a few restaurants at the hotel and around as well and the food was all good! Getting there can be a bit of a challenge if you are not used to driving on very narrow roads on steep hill. There is a funicular that gets you about halfway from the bottom of the hill and the hotel can pick you up from the station. We really loved our time there!

It was below expectation than what been described . Poor breakfast and location was not easy reach with hotel charged for each trip to funnicular station. Room was not we had booked and only had partial lake view.

From the staff to the location to the views, this hotel was extremely amazing. Felt like a family type vibe everybody down to the restaurant was just perfect driving up the mountain gave me all the pictures that I wanted, even though it was very scary to get up there but once up there, it was beautiful. They were amazing to make plans and accommodated extremely well with communication when planning a surprise proposal. Anytime I will come to Italy. I will always make sure that I come to Lake Como and stay at this hotel and will recommend it to everybody.

Staff went out of the way to help and the view from my room made mynjaw drop open. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great also with an amzing view and the restaurant was top notch. It is a bit far from the center in Como and have to take the funicular (taxis are expensive) but totally worth it for the view. I would come again felt like a Queen.

Staff is incredibly helpful ! they have staff that speak English and many other languages if you don’t speak Italian! Big thank you to both Laura’s, yazmin and Jon for making our experience exceptional; as my son says 10/10 stars !

Beautiful view. Very friendly staff. The restaurant was pretty good. The hotel is very off the beaten path. It is Not close to town, or anything really. When you arrive in Como- FIND THE FUNICULAR TO GET YOU HALFWAY UP the Mountain, then pay a small amount to take a very winding and scary ride in a van the rest of the way. I think it was on the expensive side for how remote it is.
