Our overall stay with Hotel Platz was amazing! All the staff were very warm and welcoming! The location itself is perfect if you want to go to Alpe di Siusi or Seceda using a cable car and the hotel views are phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Goed hotel. Traditioneel. Schone kamer en badkamer. Goede keuken. Voor €20 heb je een voetganger menu. Elke dag een verrassing!

La struttura presenta i segni del tempo, ma grandi gentilezza e disponibilità del personale compensano il difetto. L'albergo si trova su una terrazza naturale a pochi km sopra Ortisei, in un paesino di pochissime anime, l'ideale per chi cerca tranquillità. È dotato di piscina esterna ed interna con sauna, ampio parcheggio, Wi-Fi nelle zone comuni. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza varia ed e' resa più piacevole dalla esuberante è pronta presenza della caposala. Consigliato

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht und Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter welche alle Wünsche erfüllen. Der Pool im Aussenbereich mit seiner tollen Liegewiese verdient ein dickes PLUS! Leider vermitteln die Zimmerbilder auf hotels.com einen höherwertigeren Eindruck als es in unserem Fall war. Unsere beiden Zimmer entsprachen keinem der auf hotels.com abgebildeten Zimmer. Die Erwartungshaltung war daher eine andere. Trotz dieser Abweichung ein zu empfehlendes Hotel

Loved this hotel! Marie at reception was a breath of fresh air every time we saw and interacted with her. Do informative, sweet and friendly - a real asset for the hotel - and she speaks several languages! The hotel is up on the mountainside a few k from Ortisei. We loved tiny Bulla-Pufels which consists of a few hotels, B&Bs and small farms. We had a view of the valley below and surrounding mountains. Just walking up the hill took us to one of the many hiking trails available in the area. We enjoyed opening our windows and the cool evening air. The hotel is family owned and small enough that you get to see some if the same guests at meal times. The food was good enough that we chose to buy dinner a few nights, even though we did not pay for half board. Our waitress at night was a lovely young woman who was apparently trainig some new staff. The breakfast waitress was not so friendly and came across rather matter-of fact, if not a bit irritable. She could be nice but it doesn't seem to come easily for her. We do plan to return and stay 7 nights instead of 4 next time! So relaxing and the area is stunningly beautiful.
